The Centre for Policies, Laws and Agenda (CPLAN), NUSRL, Ranchi has announced the 3rd National Blog Writing Competition 2026. The competition invites law students, academicians, researchers, and professionals to critically examine established positions of law and policy and suggest well-reasoned alternatives.
Theme
“Challenging the Settled: Critiquing the Accepted Positions of Law and Policy”
Participants can explore topics related to legal interpretation, outdated laws, judicial precedents, technology and regulation, constitutional principles, social change, legal reform, and other contemporary legal and policy issues.

The competition is open to:
- Law students
- Academicians
- Researchers
- Legal professionals
- Professionals from different fields of law
Registration Fee
- Single Author: ₹300
- Co-authorship: ₹250 per author
- Maximum two authors per entry
Prizes
- ๐ฅ First Prize: ₹5,000 + Memento + Certificate of Merit
- ๐ฅ Second Prize: ₹3,000 + Memento + Certificate of Merit
- ๐ฅ Third Prize: ₹2,000 + Memento + Certificate of Merit
- Top 15 Entries: Publication on the official CPLAN website
