CREST Mathematics Olympiad


The CREST Mathematics Olympiad (CMO) is an international competitive exam held online for students in classes Prep/KG and 1-10. For students of classes Prep/KG and 1-2, there will be only one level. There will be 2 levels for students of classes 3-10. The exam is an objective-type test that the students need to complete in 60 minutes. For students of classes Prep/KG and 1, the exam will be parent/teacher assisted. The time of the exam will be 45 minutes for Prep/KG students.

The exam consists of two sections:

Section-1: Practical Mathematics
Section-2: Achievers Section
Other Important Information:

There are separate question papers for each and every class.
The medium of the exam is English.
CBSE, ICSE/ISC and other State Board syllabus is followed for the setting of test papers.
The online exams are conducted on web-enabled devices like laptop, tablet or desktop with webcam. Mobile devices are not allowed.
For students of classes Prep/KG and 1, the parent/teacher can assist the child in guiding through the questions.
In case the registration is not through school, the student will have to take exam from home.


How to Participate
Registration of Students through schools: Students from classes Prep/KG and 1-10 are eligible to give CREST Olympiads. Prospectus containing the registration forms are sent to all schools registered with CREST Olympiads. If your school is not registered with us, then please send an email to info@crestolympiads.com and we will send you the prospectus soon. It is mandatory for schools to return the registration forms to CREST Olympiads, duly filled in and complete in all respects by the due date.

Registration for individual participants: If your school does not conduct Olympiads, then you can register as an individual participant as well. 

Exam Fee
For classes Prep/KG and 1-10, the exam fee for each subject is Rs. 225 for students studying and enrolling from India. For students studying and residing outside of India, the fee is $10 (US Dollars).

Arithmetic Genius Contest (AGC) is an All India Arithmetic competition for students of 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th standard. Like last year, this year too AGC would be conducted entirely in online mode.​



*For Class 1, a special Junior Genius Contest is available only in Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal and Tripura.​

Your child simply needs to know basic addition/subtraction (for class 2 & 3) and multiplication (for class 4 and 5) to participate in this unique contest.

MADHAVA MATHEMATICS COMPETITION



MADHAVA MATHEMATICS COMPETITION is a Mathematics Competition for Undergraduate Students Organized by Department of Mathematics, S.P. College, Pune and Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, T.I.F.R., Mumbai Funded by National Board for Higher Mathematics
 
The competition is named after Madhava, who introduced in the fourteenth century, profound mathematical ideas that are now part of Calculus. His most famous achivements include the Madhava - Leibnitz series for ฯ€, the Madhava - Newton power series for sine and Cosine functions and a numerical value of ฯ€ that is accurate to eleven decimal places. The "Madhava School", consisting of a long chain of teachers - students continuity, flourished for well over two centuries, making significant contributions to Mathematics and Astronomy.

Aryabhata Ganit Challenge (AGC) 2020


Aryabhata Ganit Challenge (AGC) was initiated by the CBSE to enhance mathematical abilities among students in the year 2019. In order to reach out to maximum students across the country, the Board will host the Aryabhata Ganit Challenge on DIKSHA platform this year.
This challenge shall be available on DIKSHA platform from 12th November 2020 to 25th November 2020. Students from class 8 to 10 irrespective of the Board are eligible to participate in this challenge.
