The Nikon Photo Contest 2022-23

The Nikon Photo Contest International has been held by Nikon Corporation since 1969 to provide an opportunity for professional and amateur photographers around the world to engage with one another.

In the last 10 years, with the wide penetration of digital cameras with video capabilities, the environment surrounding image-making has dramatically changed. Adapting to this change, the 34th contest was reconceived, changing its name and its structure, and it continues to evolve to create new standards and provide new opportunities for discovery.

Unseen India-75 Lesser Known sites in India - Creative Writing, Photo & Video Contest

Ministry of Tourism, in the spirit of National Tourism Day and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav invites the citizens to submit a write-up (200 words) along with pictures and/or videos describing ‘Lesser-known places’ of historical/cultural/archeological/natural importance in their region/district/town to bring to light the hidden gems that can be found in various places in our country.

This youth-focused and led initiative is designed to mainstream the participation of young people within the NTD community across all it’s activities. Calling young artists and communicators worldwide! Send your multimedia stories of resilience and progress against neglected tropical diseases in your country or region to win cash prizes of up to USD 2,500!

How to enter

Entries can be personal stories; explaining to someone who has never heard about these diseases what neglected tropical diseases are, why people should care about neglected tropical diseases; why you believe that countries and the global community need to take action to end neglected tropical diseases. The idea is to be compelling and to inspire action! All entries should be framed as a global rallying cry to beat NTDs!
