5th Online International Yoga Competition - AYM yoga school in Rishikesh

AYM yoga school in Rishikesh is organizing 3rd Online International Yoga championship. This Online yoga championship is open for participants worldwide to ensure that the maximum number of yogis can take part in these competitions. The participants to submit their videos before 30 April 2024.

Men: Tight Short.

Rule and Regulation

The last date of registration for the 1st round of the international yoga competition is 15th May 2023 and the participants have to submit their performance video before 15th May 2023. After 15th May submission is not valid.

Selected students from 1st round, will participate in the Final round of competition at AYM Yoga School

Each participant has to submit their video of 3 to 5 minutes.

Each and every participant has to disclose the apps they have used to enhance the aesthetic of the video and should not temper with the speed of the video.

It is expected from the candidate to shoot their video from the camera having at least 12 mp or higher and positioned in such a way all the body part get captured in the frame while performing.

Candidates have to shoot their video to a white backdrop and must wear proper yogic attire.

After that students have to save their video on any social media handle and send to the AYM yoga Email: aymyogaschool@gmail.com

योग विडियो प्रतियोगिता

अष्टम अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 21 जून 2022 के उपलक्ष्य में पुनः एक बार फिर योगा एंड आयुर्वेदा साइंस की ओर से योग वीडियो प्रतियोगिता रखी गयी है। जिसका मुख्य प्रयोजन सभी योग प्रेमियों एवं योग छात्रों को अपनी प्रतिभा को दर्शाने के लिए एक मंच प्रयुक्त कराना है। यह प्रतियोगिता पूर्व में भी 21 जून 2020 एवं 21 जून 2021 को आयोजित की गयी थी जिसमें की काफी मात्रा में योग छात्रों एवं योग प्रेमियों ने प्रतिभाग किया। अगर आप पुनः इस बार इस प्रतियोगिता में प्रतिभाग करना चाहते हैं तो 18-06-2022 तक किसी भी एक योगासन, प्राणायाम, मुद्रा-बंध या षट्कर्म पर लाभ, विधि एवं सावधानी के साथ अपनी एक वीडियो बनाकर हम तक भेजें।

इस बार की प्रतियोगिता में आपके द्वारा भेजी गयी योग वीडियो योगा एंड आयुर्वेदा साइंस के फेसबुक पेज पर अपलोड की जाएगी। जिस प्रतिभागी की वीडियो पर 20-06-2022 को रात्रि 09:00 बजे तक सर्वाधिक लाइक्स प्राप्त होते हैं, उन सभी प्रतिभागीयों को प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय श्रेणी में रखा जायेगा। प्रथम श्रेणी में आने वाले प्रतिभागी को 1500+, द्वितीय श्रेणी में आने वाले प्रतिभागी को 1000+ एवं तृतीय श्रेणी में आने वाले प्रतिभागी को 500+ योगा एंड आयुर्वेदा साइंस की ओर से पब्लिश की गई एम. सी. क्यू. की ई-बुक प्रोवाइड करायी जाएगी। इसके अलावा जो अन्य प्रतिभागी रहेंगे उन्हें 250+ एम. सी. क्यू. की ई-बुक प्रोवाइड करायी जाएगी।

फेसबुक पेज के अलावा 15 योग छात्रों एवं योग प्रेमियों की वीडियो योगा एंड आयुर्वेदा साइंस के यूट्यूब चैनल पर 21 जून 2022 को प्रातःकाल 07:00 बजे अपलोड कर दी जाएगी। अगर आप इस योग वीडियो प्रतियोगिता में प्रतिभाग करने के इच्छुक हैं तो आपको अन्य सभी प्रकार की जानकारियां नीचे दिए गए फॉर्म में उपलब्ध कराई गई है।

Yoga Video Contest

On the occasion of Eighth International Yoga Day, 21st June 2022, once again a yoga video competition has been organized by Yoga and Ayurveda Science. The main purpose of which is to use a platform for all yoga lovers and yoga students to show their talent. This competition was earlier also organized on 21 June 2020 and 21 June 2021 in which a large number of yoga students and yoga lovers participated. If you want to participate in this competition again this time, then by 18-06-2022 on any one Yogasan, Pranayama, Mudra-bandha or Shatkarma, make a video and send it to us with benefits, method and caution.

In this competition, the yoga video sent by you will be uploaded on the Facebook page of Yoga and Ayurveda Science. The participant whose video gets the most likes till 09:00 pm on 20-06-2022, all those participants will be placed in the first, second and third category. 1500+ to the first class participant, 1000+ to the second class participant and 500+ to the third class participant 500+ published by Yoga and Ayurveda Science. E-book will be provided. Apart from this, the other participants who will remain will get 250+ MCQs. E-book will be provided.

Apart from the Facebook page, videos of 15 yoga students and yoga lovers will be uploaded on the YouTube channel of Yoga and Ayurveda Science on June 21, 2022 at 07:00 am. International Day of Yoga 2022 Quiz

Recognizing the universal appeal of Yoga, owing to its demonstrated benefits towards immunity building and stress relief, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) proclaimed 21st June as the International Day of Yoga (IDY) on 11th December 2014. Since 2015, this day has been observed all over the world in ever-growing numbers, to remind people across the globe about the benefits of Yoga, and to build enduring public interest in Yoga by highlighting its importance and contributions to public health.

The preparations for the 8th International Day of Yoga (IDY 2022) have already begun and the Ministry of Ayush (MoA) is looking forward to active participation from the people.

With this backdrop, MoA has launched a quiz competition to commemorate the occasion of the 8th IDY, and test citizens’ awareness about Yoga, past IDY observances, and various initiatives being conducted this year by the Ministry.

On successful completion, each participant will be awarded an e-certificate marking their participation and completion.

International Day of Yoga 2022 Jingle Contest

Ministry of Ayush (MoA) is calling on the public at large to write and compose a Jingle for the upcoming International Day of Yoga, 2022 in the official Indian language as mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Indian constitution along with English and other UN languages.

The Jingle should be apt, relevant and appealing. It should endeavour to drive awareness and adoption of Yoga by people of all ages. It should highlight the cause of Yoga to serve as a tool in the betterment of the health and wellbeing of the community, especially improving physical and mental health.

It must focus on encouraging people to participate in the observance of IDY, 2022 with their family and friends. To get more information on Yoga, IDY, and the various initiatives being undertaken by the MoA, participants can visit https://yoga.ayush.gov.in/

It may cover aspects like the importance of the regular practice of Yoga to boost the immunity level and combat COVID-19, as a stress buster, improving productivity at work etc.

Competition brief

Participants need to provide a script and a jingle of 25-30 seconds duration in any official Indian language as mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Indian constitution along with English and other UN languages- that is easily comprehensible, is peppy and connects with the public at large.

The participants should upload their entry as a high-quality audio file to any media platform such as SoundCloud, YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox etc. and enter the publicly accessible link in the comments section. The script also needs to be submitted in the form of a PDF document.

A cash prize of INR 25,000 will be given to one winning entry.

The last date of submission is 21st June 2022.

Be With Yoga, Be At Home: MyGov.in Video Campaign Contest

The world is gearing up to observe the 7th International Day of Yoga (IDY2021) on 21st June 2021, amidst a global pandemic that has forced everyone to stay indoors. The world is gearing up to observe the 7th International Day of Yoga (IDY2021) on 21st June 2021, amidst a global pandemic that has forced everyone to stay indoors. To bring the people together globally while inside their homes, and spread the message of traditional Yoga far and wide, for the betterment of both physical and mental health, the Ministry of Ayush is launching the “Be With Yoga, Be At Home” video campaign.

Through the “Be With Yoga, Be At Home” video campaign, the Ministry of Ayush seeks to raise awareness about traditional Yoga, and inspire people to prepare for and become active participants in the observation of IDY 2021. The campaign will support participation via MyGov and various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in India. The campaign will include posting a video of up to 1-minute of participant practicing one Yogasana, with or without a small write-up from the participant.

The last date for the contest is 30th June 2021.

Entry Guidelines

1. Participants can simply enter by uploading a video of upto 1 minute, on any one of the following platforms –

a. Facebook

b. Twitter

c. Instagram

2. Participants need to use the campaign hashtags

(#BeWithYogaBeAtHome,#IDY2021,#MinistryofAyush) to participate, and tag the

official Ministry of Ayush account on the platform they choose to upload their video on

(For example: if you upload the video on Facebook, then tag the official Ministry of

Ayush account while uploading the video). The video uploaded should be publicly

accessible.

3. Subsequently, the participants can copy the upload link and register on the MyGov event

page, to get a participation certificate.

4. Each entry must focus on the theme “Be With Yoga, Be At Home”.

5. Please refer to all the terms and conditions before submitting the entry.

II. Eligibility Criteria

1. The campaign is open to the public at large in India.

2. Participants below 18 years of age may get the login ID created by the parents and also obtain the consent of their parents, to participate in this category.
