Peace Pals International Art Exhibition & Awards 2026

Young artists with a passion for creativity and peace are invited to participate in the Peace Pals International Art Exhibition & Awards 2026, a prestigious global art competition that encourages children to express their vision of a peaceful world through original artwork.



This year's theme is "Together in Peace – One World, Many Voices." The competition aims to inspire children to reflect on the values of peace, kindness, unity, friendship, and cooperation while sharing their artistic talents with an international audience.

๐ŸŒ Theme: Together in Peace

Peace Pals International, in partnership with Living Peace International, invites children to explore what peace means in their homes, schools, and communities. Through art, participants are encouraged to show how people from different cultures can live together with mutual respect, understanding, and compassion.

Children may draw inspiration from questions such as:

  • What does it mean to live together in peace?
  • How can people from different cultures support one another?
  • What does peace look like in a family, school, or community?
  • How can kindness make the world a better place?
  • What does peace mean personally?

Every artwork should communicate the universal message of peace.

๐ŸŽจ Artwork Guidelines

Participants should carefully follow these requirements:

  • Age Groups: 5–7 years, 8–10 years, 11–13 years, and 14–16 years
  • One entry per child
  • Artwork Size: 5 × 7 inches (12.7 × 17.7 cm)
  • Orientation: Horizontal or Vertical
  • Medium: Hand-drawn, sketched, or painted on paper only
  • Computer-generated or AI-generated artwork is not accepted
  • Artwork must be completely original and must not have been previously published or entered in another competition.

✍️ Mandatory Message

Every artwork must include the words:

"May Peace Prevail On Earth"

This message must appear in English and may also be written in the participant's native language.

Participants must first register online. After registration, they will receive access to a personal dashboard for uploading their artwork.

Digital submissions must meet the following specifications:

  • Scanned image only (photographs are not accepted)
  • Minimum 300 DPI
  • JPG file format
  • Must follow all competition rules

Those who are unable to upload their artwork may submit it by postal mail after completing the online registration and including the registration number with the artwork.

2. Pre-Final Round

Students who qualify move on to a more advanced stage.

  • 60-minute supervised online exam
  • Three challenging problems

  • Junior: 14 points or higher
  • Youth: 18 points or higher
  • Senior: 22 points or higher

The Final Round is a fast-paced online competition completed from home.

  • 30-minute online exam
  • Multiple-choice questions

Each question typically takes between 1–5 minutes to solve.

  • No negative marking for incorrect answers

Who can apply?

Embracing Our Differences 2027 - International Art Contest



The Embracing Our Differences organization has officially announced its 2027 Exhibition Call for Art, inviting artists, students, and creatives from around the world to submit original artworks that celebrate inclusion, diversity, kindness, and human connection.

The submission deadline for the international juried exhibition is 1 July 2026, with selected artworks to be displayed in a large-scale outdoor exhibition across Southwest Florida in early 2027.

Art as a Tool for Social Change

The annual exhibition is built around the theme “Embracing Our Differences,” encouraging artists to explore the richness of human identity, culture, and experience. Organizers believe that art has the power to inspire empathy, encourage dialogue, and promote positive social change without the need for words.

Participants are invited to create works reflecting themes such as:

  • Inclusivity and acceptance
  • Celebrating individuality
  • Resilience against discrimination and bullying
  • Cultural understanding and community connection
  • Kindness, empathy, and shared humanity

International Outdoor Exhibition

Selected artworks will become part of a public outdoor exhibition featuring 50 billboard-sized images, each measuring approximately 16 feet wide by 12.5 feet high. Every displayed artwork will be accompanied by an inspiring quotation connected to the exhibition’s theme.

The exhibition is scheduled to be displayed from mid-January through April 2027 at multiple locations along Florida’s Cultural Coast in Southwest Florida.

Since its launch in 2004, the exhibition has reportedly welcomed more than 5.2 million visitors, while its educational programs have reached over 693,500 students.

Awards and Recognition

The competition offers a total of $6,000 in cash awards, distributed across three categories:

  • Best-in-Show Adult: $2,000
  • Best-in-Show Student: $2,000
  • People’s Choice Award: $2,000

The People’s Choice Award will be determined through votes from exhibition visitors.

Submission Requirements

Before submitting, artists must ensure that their artwork follows specific technical guidelines:

  • Artwork must be horizontal in orientation
  • Recommended aspect ratio: 12.8 inches wide × 8.8 inches high
  • Digital files must be at least 300 dpi
  • File size must remain below 400 MB
  • Each submission must include a short artist statement of up to 150 words
  • Artwork titles must contain no more than five words
  • The phrase “Embracing Our Differences” must not appear in the artwork or title

Artists are also instructed to label files using the format:
ArtworkTitle-ArtistName

Open to Everyone

The exhibition welcomes participation from:

  • Professional artists
  • Amateur artists
  • Students
  • International participants

There is no submission fee and no limit on the number of entries. Artists may also submit works that have appeared in previous competitions.

Participants must be at least 13 years old to submit independently. Younger artists may participate with parental or guardian consent.
