Mascot Contest for CyberDost

The Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, in collaboration with MyGov, is calling upon the creative minds of India to bring to life a mascot that will represent CyberDost — the official social media initiative dedicated to raising cybercrime awareness and promoting safe digital practices.

This is your opportunity to create an iconic symbol that embodies trust, safety, and digital empowerment — a character that speaks to citizens of all ages about staying safe online.

About the Contest

CyberDost serves as a trusted friend in the digital world, educating users on the latest cyber threats and guiding them on how to stay secure online. The proposed mascot should be relatable, approachable, and easily recognizable—a digital buddy who can carry the message of cyber safety far and wide.

Who Can Participate?

This contest is open to all Indian citizens. Whether you’re a student, designer, illustrator, or hobbyist, if you have a creative spark, this is your chance to leave a mark on a national platform.

Submission Guidelines

• Where to Submit:
  All entries must be submitted on MyGov.in.

• Social Media Promotion:
  Share your entry on at least one social media platform, tagging @CyberDost and using the official contest hashtags.

• Design Requirements:

  • Format: High-resolution JPG or PNG (minimum 300 DPI)

  • File Size: Must not exceed 10 MB

  • Optional: Include grayscale versions, front and side views

  • Concept Note: Include a brief description (max 150 words) explaining the mascot’s relevance to CyberDost’s mission

• Finalists: Shortlisted participants will be asked to provide editable source files (AI, PSD, SVG, or CDR).

Design a Mascot Contest for PM SURYA GHAR MUFT BIJLI YOJANA

The Sun has been worshipped as a life-giver to our planet since ancient times. India has a vast solar energy potential. The PM Suryaghar: Muft Bijli Yojana aims to integrate the use of solar energy in our everyday lives through the recently launched Rooftop Solar (RTS) Programme. With an initial target of covering one crore households, the scheme will enable beneficiaries to generate up to 300 units of electricity per month through solar panels. The beneficiaries can also avail subsidy up to ₹78000.

Promoting this scheme, the Ministry and New & Renewable Energy in collaboration with MyGov invites citizens to design a Mascot for PM Suryaghar: Muft Bijli Yojana which has the potential to become the face of this scheme. The Mascot must have a strong depiction of the importance of adopting solar energy and green energy in general.

Technical Parameters:

1. The mascot must be eye-catching and depict the finer ideas of this scheme along with its benefits.

2. The entries should be accompanied by a brief description of the mascot and how best it encapsulates the essence of the scheme.

3. The entries will only be accepted in high quality .JPEG format. Entries sent in any other format will be instantly disqualified.

Mascot Design Contest for the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying

The Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India under the Ministry of Fisheries and Animal Husbandry and Dairying is responsible for matters relating to livestock production, preservation, protection from diseases, and improvement of stocks and dairy development, and also for matters relating to Delhi Milk Scheme (DMS) and National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). The Department advises State Governments/Union Territories in formulating policies and programs in Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development.

The main thrust areas are:

• Development of requisite infrastructure in States/ UTs for improving animal productivity.

• Preservation and protection of livestock through the provision of health care.

• Strengthening of central livestock farms (Cattle, Sheep, and Poultry) for the development of superior germplasm for distribution to states.

The Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India under the Ministry of Fisheries and Animal Husbandry and Dairying in collaboration with MyGov hosts a ‘Mascot Design Contest’ with an aim to engage the citizens.

The Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying aims to create a connection with the traditional values associated with animal husbandry and promote a sense of unity and pride among farmers and stakeholders in the animal husbandry and dairy sectors. It should also represent the name of a female that signifies two third women's involvement in Animal Husbandry and Dairying.

The name of the Mascot proposed by the Department is Gauri.

Awards & Recognition

The winner will be rewarded with a Prize Money of Rs. 25,000/- from the Department of Animal Husbandry along with a merit certificate.
