In an age where young voices are shaping the future, the "Young Minds, Better World" International Poster Making Contest 2026 emerges as a powerful global platform for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. This competition invites students to express positive social values through creativity , using art as a medium to inspire awareness, responsibility, and transformation.
This contest is not just about making posters—it is about telling stories, sharing values, and inspiring change . It encourages students to reflect on real-world issues and present their ideas visually, helping them become thoughtful and responsible global citizens.

๐ Submission Guidelines
To participate successfully, students must follow these rules:
- Registration: Complete the online form and pay an entry fee of ₹500

Poster Format:
- A3 size (11.7 × 16.5 inches)
- 0.5-inch black border
- Theme written clearly in the top margin

Original Work:
- Must be 100% handmade
- No printouts, photographs, or templates allowed

This competition invites young artists to depict the vibrant avian life found in Kerala. Students will be encouraged to observe and represent birds such as the Malabar grey hornbill, kingfishers, bulbuls, and other native species. The event will emphasize observation, attention to detail, and awareness of local biodiversity through visual art.

Levels: Middle (Grades 6–8) and Secondary (Grades 9–12)

Theme: Roar for Co-Existence: Big Cats & Humans in Harmony

The theme calls attention to the need for peaceful coexistence between humans and big cats such as tigers and leopards. For over 40 years, the Ravinia Women’s Board has proudly sponsored this prestigious competition, inviting artists to capture the spirit of Ravinia—where music and nature coexist in perfect harmony. The winning design will be featured on posters, products sold at the Ravinia Festival Shop, and displayed in public spaces throughout the region.
2025 Theme: "Where Music Grows"
This year’s theme is "Where Music Grows," inspired by Ravinia’s unique blend of music and nature. Ravinia’s iconic elements, such as its towering trees, lush greenery, and historic architecture, are the perfect canvas for artists to visually explore how music blossoms in harmony with the natural surroundings. Artists can use any illustrative visual medium to intertwine music with Ravinia’s natural beauty.
How to Enter
Entries are due no later than Friday, December 6, 2024. Judging will take place in mid-December, with winners notified confidentially in January 2025. A public announcement will follow in February via Ravinia’s email newsletter.
Important: Please do not publish your submitted artwork in print, on social media, or online until the winners are officially announced.
