MICROSOFT STUDENTS’ PROMOTION



ENTRY PERIOD
The Promotion starts at 9 AM IST on 01 July 2021 and ends at 6 PM IST on 25 June 2022 (“Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY
You must legally reside in India with contact address in India and be 18 years or older AND You should be working or studying in India and should have Microsoft Azure skill mentioned in the Skills section of your LinkedIn Profile to be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Employees and directors of Microsoft Corporation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, are not eligible, nor are persons involved in the execution or administration of this Contest, or the family members of each above (parents, children, siblings, spouse/domestic partners, or individuals residing in the same household).

Employees and independent contractors of Government (including education) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
HOW TO ENTER:
You will receive an entry by publishing your Microsoft Azure Skills on your LinkedIn Profile’s Skills section. If the participant doesn’t have a LinkedIn Profile, one must create one and publish the badge under the ‘Skills’ section of their LinkedIn profile. students, working professionals, job seekers who have attended one or more of the Microsoft learning, training or skills sessions, virtual classroom sessions, Azure Developer League or similar program related to AI, Data Sciences or Azure between 1-July 2021 to 25 June 2022, are eligible to participate in this Promotion.

The Entry limit is Only one per eligible individual irrespective of number of Azure Skills.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Pending confirmation of eligibility, potential prize winners will be randomly selected by Microsoft or their Agent from among all eligible entries received.

Only the first 11000entries will be eligible for an assured prize.

Additionally, winners of other promotions organized or sponsored by Microsoft will also be entitled to claim Prizes through this Promotion.

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry no more than two (2) days following the selection with prize claim instructions, including submission deadlines. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return any Forms, the selected winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be selected time allowing. If you are a potential winner and you are 18 years of age or older but are considered a minor in your place of legal residence, we may require your parent or legal guardian to sign all required forms on your behalf.

Prize(s). The first 11000 entries will be eligible to get an assured Microsoft branded merchandize . You are only eligible to receive the prizes shown to you on the registration page where you submitted your entry to this promotion.

Prize Limit: One prize per individual participant. A participant submitting multiple entries to this promotion is not eligible to win multiple prizes.

The ARV of prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Terms and Conditions and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. We will determine the value of the prize to be the fair market value at the time of prize award.

Powerful new developments in data, advanced analytics, and digital tools offer the opportunity to take decisive action against health threats at lower cost and with greater efficiency. The scaled use of such digital tools – in a transparent, interoperable, and secure manner – are solutions to properly identify, respond to, and recover from health emergencies.
