Convergence 1.0 is a 32-hour hackathon organized by the Coding Club of JIS College of Engineering (JISCE), bringing together builders, developers, designers, and technology enthusiasts for an intensive in-person innovation experience.
Hosted at JIS College of Engineering, Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal, the hackathon challenges participants to collaborate, build technology-driven solutions, and turn innovative ideas into working projects.
About Convergence 1.0
Convergence 1.0 is designed as an intensive 32-hour hackathon where participants can work together to develop technology solutions across a range of domains.
The event welcomes both experienced participants and beginners. Participants can form teams, choose a problem area, develop their ideas, and work through the hackathon to create their projects.

Participants can choose from seven mission tracks:
1. Healthtech
Develop technology solutions related to healthcare, wellness, and medical systems.

Create technology-driven solutions addressing clean energy, climate challenges, environmental protection, and green technology.
4. AI / ML

5. Agriculture
Develop solutions for smart farming, agricultural technology, and efficient food production.
6. Web3 / Blockchain
Explore decentralized applications, smart contracts, blockchain-based solutions, and other Web3 technologies.
7. Open Innovation
Participants can bring their own technology idea without being restricted to a specific problem domain.
