Youth Change Champions Internship 2023

Applications are invited for Youth Change Champions Internship 2023 for Class 9-12 at CRY.

Youth Change Champions is an education-based internship program for school-goers that will bring out the leadership aspects of participants and steer them towards becoming changemakers contrib-
uting to the child rights movement and demonstrating responsible citizenship.

The program will be conducted for 4 weeks from June 1st to June 30th, 2023.
YCC is an unpaid internship, i.e., you will not receive payment from CRY for your internship work
during the YCC program.
YCC is conducted virtually, primarily on Zoom (for meetings); communication regarding and during
YCC will also take place through Email, WhatsApp.

Eligibility
YCC is a programme for high school students, typically of ages 14-17, but you can apply if you are in
any grade from 9th to 12th (regardless of your exact age).
YCC is open to youth around the world, but please bear in mind that the programme curriculum
will be concerned with child rights (and related social issues) specifically in India.
There will be batch limit and CRY will screen and shortlist the applicants’ best suited as per the program requirement. You will get confirmation on the same by second week of May. Chosen candi-
dates will be expected to attend the CRY e-orientation tentatively scheduled on third week of May. On 
attending the same, they will get the registration link to start their tenure

Digital India Internship Scheme 2019 - Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology


An internship is an opportunity for a student to secure first hand and practical work experience under the guidance of a qualified and experienced Supervisor/Mentor. INSPIRE Internship & Scholarship for Higher Education

Government of India has approved the INSPIRE Scheme in November 2008 at a total cost of about Rs 1979.25 crores in the 11th Plan Period and Honourable Prime Minister launched the programme on 13th December 2008. The programme is continuing in the 12th Plan period at a budgetary allocation of Rs. 2200 crores.
The objective of organizing the INSPIRE Internship camp is to reveal the joys of innovation to the talented youth of the nation to pursue study in science and career in Research and Development.

2019 Summer Research Internship Program at IIIT-B, Bangalore

IIIT-B is announcing its 2019 Summer Research Internship Program (2019-SRIP@IIIT-B). The program is designed to stimulate undergraduate and masters students to undergo research projects under supervision of IIIT-B faculty. The duration of the internship is 8 weeks, between 1st May to 31st July. The internship is available to external candidates only, from any Indian University/ Institute. The deadline for application is 20th April 2019. The internship is paid, and accommodation and food will be provided at the IIIT-B student hostel. Please note that the accommodation is available only for the period between 13th May to 30th June.

Eligibility Criteria: Students pursuing a Bachelor’s (2nd year and 3rd year) and Master’s degree program are eligible to apply.
The application includes: (i) a cover letter summarising the application (including research interests), (ii) recent CV (including name as per 12th grade mark sheet or government-issued photo-identification document, postal address, contact mobile number) (iii) a copy of photo ID (proof for name given in CV).

Selection Process: The faculty members of IIIT-B will review the submitted candidates’ applications. In case a faculty member identifies a suitable candidate, they will inform the 2019- SRIP@IIIT-B Committee, and upon completion of the admission process, the selected interns will be intimated.

Duration of Internships : ~ 8 weeks, in the period from 1st May to 31st July 2018.

Number of Internships : 30

Stipend : Weekly Stipend of Rs 1000/-

Accommodation : Free Accommodation (13th May - 30th June) and food will be provided at IIIT-B.

Certificate: Upon successful completion of the internship (based on an approval of the Supervisor), the intern will be awarded a Certificate

Summer Undergraduate Research Programme (SURP) 2019 - ACBRD

Dr. B R Ambedkar Center for Biomedical Research (ACBR), University of Delhi will provide opportunity for Summer Undergraduate Research Programme.

Duration of the programme will be 6 to 8 weeks in June - July 2019
The programme consists of 1-2 hours of lecture per week followed by project work under the supervision of faculty members.

Eligibility
Students pursuing BSC in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences or related subjects from any Indian University recognised by UGC

Selection of the candidates will be decided by the scientific committee of ACBR.

Application can be submited on plain paper along with bio-data and a DD for INR 250/- drawn in favaour of the "Director, ACBR" payable at Delhi.

Summer Internship Programme 2019 - National Institute of Technology Calicut


Applications are invited from eligible students for internship during summer vacation-2019 or project internship in various laboratories at NIT Calicut as per the following conditions:
1. The summer internship programme will be generally offered for a period of 50 days during the summer vacation during the period in May-June –July 2019, in line with the academic calendar of NITC and decided by the department. Limited candidates may be permitted to do projects using the specific laboratory facilities in certain departments.
2. Interested students from other AICTE/UGC approved institutes need to apply through their Head of the Department/Institute, in the prescribed format, within the stipulated time.

Students in first, second and third year of UG studies are encouraged to apply. Students in their first year of PG studies can also apply

Summer Internship 2019 at IIT Hyderabad

The faculty in electrical engineering department at IIT Hyderabad work in a broad range of research directions. Some details about the faculty research interests can be found here. The department offers summer internship program between May - July every year. The internship programs are typically for 8 weeks.

Eligibility
The candidates from EE, ECE and EI background, and who are currently in 3rd year of their program are eligible to apply. Exceptional candidates in the 2nd year of BTech program, and 4/5th year of reputed Integrated MSc programs are also eligible to apply.

Selected candidates are expected to report at IITH on the reporting date with necessary documents. We may tolerate a delay of 2-3 days for exceptional reasons such as exams, if communicated well in advance.
Internship Duration
The selected candidates must spend at least 2 months at IIT Hyderabad to receive a certificate.
Stipend
Some students may be offered a stipend depending of project funds available with respective faculty members. This will be communicated to you at the time of selection. If you are interested in self-supporting your internship please indicate so in the application. The typical cost of self-supporting yourself (meals and hostel accomodation) for 8 weeks is about Rs. 12000/-.
