An Education Scholarship Scheme to promote education was introduced in 1978 and covers Serving Army Personnel wards below 25 years of age studying in recognized school/institutions across the country vide AO 16/2016/AG (under revision). ESSA scholarship, a motivating factor for wards of Serving Army Personnel is increasingly being disbursed every year at all the three segments ie School, Graduation and Post Graduation level.

L'Orรฉal L.E.A.D. 2022: Scholarship for Underprivileged Youth
L’Orรฉal India invites applications from students in their final and pre-final years of diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
L’Orรฉal L.E.A.D 2022 is an initiative by L’Orรฉal India to support the ambitious underprivileged youth with learning content, in order to upskill them on critical skills for the future. This initiative seeks to upkeep the ethos of Learn, Empower, Accelerate, and Develop (L.E.A.D.), so that the beneficiaries are empowered with skills to join the various fields that they desire to join. This PAN-India mentorship and upskilling programme is meant to help students in the age group of 18-30 years, pursuing degrees at diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate level.
Eligibility:
Must be studying in the final or pre-final years* of a diploma, under-graduation or post-graduation programme at any recognised college or university within India
Must be within the age group of 18-30 years

Santoor Women’s Scholarship
The Santoor Scholarship program is an initiative of Wipro Consumer Care and Wipro Cares. The program intends to financially support girls from disadvantaged backgrounds, who wish to pursue higher education after grade 12. Launched in 2016-17, the program offers support to 1800 students every year, across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Chhattisgarh.
Quad Fellowship: Schmidt Futures
On September 24, 2021, Quad partners Australia, India, Japan, and the United States announced the Quad Fellowship: a first-of-its-kind scholarship program designed to build ties among the next generation of scientists and technologists. Schmidt Futures, a philanthropic initiative, will operate and administer the fellowship program in consultation with a non-governmental taskforce, comprised of academic, foreign policy, and private sector leaders from each Quad country.

COVID Crisis (Jyoti Prakash) Support Scholarship program aims to support children who are left vulnerable and with very little or no financial support for their further education owing to a COVID-led crisis in their family.
Eligibility:
The scholarship is open for Indian students from Class 1 to Graduation. Those who have been through any of the following crisis situation - loss of parent(s)/earning family member since January 2020 or loss of job/employment of an earning family member, can apply.
Prizes & Rewards:
Up to INR 30,000 per year and mentorship benefits
