The basic Objective of Aryabhatta Maths Olympiad (AMO) is to assess the conceptual understanding of the students in Mathematics at an early stage. The examination builds a strong foundation for various real-world competitive examinations like IIT JEE, NEET, CAT, etc. AMO helps in improving reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills. These skills can be leveraged by the students to stand out in the future competitions.
AMO Structure
The examination will be conducted in online mode.
The examination is of one hour duration. However, flexibility is provided to appear for the examination, any time in the given 48 hours time slot.
AMO will be conducted in two Levels. The students satisfying the cut-off marks criteria in Level-I (except class-1) will be eligible to appear for the Level-II examination.
AMO 2022-23 Level-I is scheduled on 22nd and 23rd of April 2023.
And Level-II will be conducted in July 2023.
Eligibility
All the students of classes 1-8 (Academic year 2022-23) are eligible to appear for the AMO Level-I exam
Fee
There is a one time exam fees of Rs. 250/- (for level-I + Level-II + 3 free Mock Exams).
Student Registration
Students can register for AMO either individually or through their school.
Registration Through School:
The students need to approach the school administration/ teachers for the registration though school.
Prizes
Prizes to the winners include trophies, Cash prize, certificates and workshops on Vedic Mathematics
