About the Competition

The Cyber Awareness Tales competition invites participants to craft original, character-driven stories that highlight themes of cyber safety. The stories can be fictional or based on real-life experiences, but must be written in a dialogue or conversation format. This format allows for a more engaging way to communicate the importance of cybersecurity and helps readers connect with the characters' experiences and lessons learned.

Key Guidelines for Submission

  1. Theme: The story should focus on the theme of Cyber Awareness, addressing important digital safety tips, threats, and best practices.

  2. Format: Stories must be in a dialogue or conversation structure, featuring characters who navigate the world of cyber threats and safety.

  3. Length: The tale should be between 700 and 800 words.

  4. Language: Stories can be submitted in English or any Indian language, ensuring inclusivity and a broad reach.

  5. Originality: All submissions must be original, and plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.

  6. Submission Format: The story should be submitted in PDF format.

  7. Multiple Entries: Participants are allowed to submit one story per category. However, you may submit entries in multiple categories if you wish.

  8. Content Restrictions: The story should not touch on sensitive issues such as race, religion, or politics, and must follow the guidelines of respectful and responsible digital conduct.

  9. Judging and Rights: The judges’ decisions will be final. By participating, you grant the organizers the right to publish your story on their websites and social media platforms.

  • 1st Prize: ₹3,000
  • 2nd Prize: ₹2,000
  • 3rd Prize: ₹1,000

National-Level Prizes:

  • 1st Prize: ₹10,000
  • 2nd Prize: ₹5,000
  • 3rd Prize: ₹3,000

  • Announcement of State-Level Winners: 21st January 2025
  • Announcement of National-Level Winners: 30th January 2025

How to Participate
