Organized by ROBO-G, a pioneer in robotics education and training, the IRO is more than just a competition—it’s a celebration of creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration. ROBO-G, also the official training partner for the Olympiad, ensures participants are well-equipped to excel at every stage of the event.
IRO Categories
IRO offers categories designed to engage young learners of all ages:
- ROBO Adventures - Explorers (Ages 5–7): An introduction to the fascinating world of robotics.
- ROBO Adventures - Innovators (Ages 7–10): Building on foundational skills to create innovative solutions.
- ROBO Adventures - Techies (Ages 10–15): Advanced problem-solving and technical challenges for aspiring engineers.
How to Participate
Choose Your Participation Mode
Decide how you’d like to compete in the Indian Robotics Olympiad:- Online Mode: Work from the comfort of your home.
- Offline Mode: Attend the national round in person in Bangalore.
Complete Registration
Finalize your participation mode, register through the official portal, and kickstart your journey with tailored preparation resources.Compete in the National Round
- Offline Participants: Attend the in-person competition in Bangalore in December 2024.
- Online Participants: Submit a video of your final robot run for evaluation by the expert team at ROBO-G.
Results for both modes will be announced online in the first week of January 2025.
