In celebration of Dharti Aaba Birsa Munda Jayanti and as part of the Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh festivities, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens across India to participate in the Legends of the Land – Tribal Folk Tales Contest.
This special initiative aims to honor the wisdom, traditions, and courage embedded in India’s tribal communities through the retelling of their folk tales, legends, and oral narratives.
