Above all, a magical library is a safe, welcoming space where every child feels seen, supported, and free to discover who they can become.
This season, Harsha Parekh Librarian Awards (HPLA) invite you to share your vision of the ultimate child-friendly library. Whether you are an artist at heart, a daydreamer, or simply someone who loves books, this is your chance to bring your dream library to life.
How to Enter
Draw your idea of the perfect children’s library. It can be whimsical, modern, futuristic, or rooted in nature—whatever your imagination creates. Then submit it in one of the following ways:
