Important Dates

• Artwork Submission Deadline: 15th January 2025

After registering, participants will receive a submission link via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours. It is recommended to check spam folders if the submission link isn’t received immediately.

Competition Process and Requirements

Artists are invited to submit up to four original artworks following these guidelines:

• Images: Each artwork must be submitted as two high-resolution images.
• Eligibility: Submissions must be unpublished and not featured in any magazine or gallery.
• Artwork Verification: Winning artists will need to send their original artwork for verification, after which it will be returned.
• Artwork Signature: Each submission should bear the artist’s signature.

Artists will receive Naturally Aged Paper for the second round, on which they’ll need to create their artwork and submit it back to the organizers.

5. By entering, artists consent to their work being shared by Mast Culture on social media, the website, and in the magazine (non-commercial use only).

Selection and Voting Process

The Arts Festival Competition’s selection process is designed to give every participant a fair chance:

1. Judges will select the top 250 artists from all entries.
2. After the announcement, a voting phase will begin on the official website.
3. 60% audience votes, 30% judges’ votes, and 10% organizers’ votes will determine the final winners.
4. Artists with the most combined votes will secure the winning positions.

Free Registration and Second-Round Entry Fee

Registration for the Arts Festival Competition is free. Once selected among the top 250, artists will pay a nominal ₹499 fee to enter the second round, which includes the Naturally Aged Paper provided by the organizers.
