QRIOUS 2024: All-Kerala Inter-Collegiate Quiz Competition
The QRIOUS 2024 – All-Kerala Inter-Collegiate Quiz Competition – is set to be a prestigious event, bringing together the brightest minds from colleges across Kerala. Organized by the IA&AD Offices in Kerala under the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG), this exciting quiz competition will take place on 14 November 2024 at Rajagiri Business School, Kakkanad, Kochi at 10:00 AM.
As part of the Audit Diwas celebrations, QRIOUS 2024 offers an incredible platform for college students to showcase their knowledge and quizzing skills. Teams of two members each can participate in the competition, which boasts a total prize money of Rs. 50,000/-, along with certificates and trophies for the winning teams. The best part? There is no registration fee, making it an open opportunity for students eager to test their mettle.
Event Format
QRIOUS 2024 will consist of several rounds that are designed to challenge participants' knowledge across various fields. The event will kick off with a written preliminary round, followed by two short semi-finals on the buzzer system. From the preliminary round, eight teams will qualify for the semi-finals, where the competition will heat up. The two winners from each semi-final will progress to the Grand Finale, an exciting and dynamic round featuring a mix of engaging and entertaining challenges. The ultimate winner of QRIOUS 2024 will be crowned the champion of this thrilling competition.

QRIOUS 2024 will be curated and presented by Q Factory Knowledge Services, Kerala’s first professional quizzing entity. With over 25 years of expertise and more than 2000 successful quizzes to their credit, Q Factory is known for its hallmark tradition of "infotainment." The Audit Diwas is celebrated every year on 16 November, marking the day when the first Auditor General of India assumed office in 1860.
