International Logic Olympiad (ILO) 2026

The International Logic Olympiad (ILO) 2026 is one of the world’s leading competitions in logical reasoning and problem-solving, conducted in collaboration with Stanford University.

Designed for high school students across the globe, the ILO provides a prestigious platform to showcase analytical thinking and compete with the best young minds internationally.

🌍 What is the ILO?

The International Logic Olympiad is an annual competition aimed at:

  • Promoting logic education worldwide
  • Encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Identifying and nurturing talented students in logical reasoning

The competition culminates in a final round held on-campus at Stanford University, offering participants an unforgettable global experience.


👩‍🎓 Eligibility Criteria

To participate in ILO 2026 Sr., students must:

  • Be enrolled in high school (Grades 9–12)
  • Be 14–18 years old by January 1, 2026
  • Be able to understand and communicate in English
To participate in ILO 2026 Jr., students must:
  • Be enrolled as a Middle-School student (US grades 6-8)
  • Be between the ages of 11-14 by January 1st 2026
  • Be able to understand, communicate, and complete exams in English

📝 Registration Process

The registration process is simple and involves just a few steps:

  1. Fill out the registration form
  2. Provide required personal details
  3. Complete payment (if applicable)
  4. Submit and confirm your participation

💰 Registration Fee

  • $50 (USD) per participant

🤝 Financial Aid

ILO ensures that financial limitations do not stop deserving students from participating.

✅ Eligibility for Financial Aid:

  • Family income less than $20,000 per year

  • Fill out the financial aid application form
  • Submit supporting documents (income proof like tax returns/pay slips)

🧪 Preliminary Round 

  • Dates: April 25–26, 2026 (ILO Sr.)

🏁 Final Round (On-Campus)

  • Dates: July 1–3, 2026
  • Location: Stanford University, USA
