To celebrate the spirit of International Day of Yoga, the Ministry of AYUSH, in collaboration with MyGov, has launched an engaging E-Poster Competition 2026 .
This initiative encourages citizens to creatively highlight the importance of yoga in improving health, well-being, and quality of life through visually impactful digital posters.

The E-Poster Competition invites participants to design informative and visually appealing posters that promote yoga as a solution for various health and lifestyle challenges.
Participants can choose from a wide range of themes focusing on physical, mental, and social well-being.

Participants can create their posters on any one of the following topics:
- Yoga for Children and Adolescents
- Yoga for Women’s Health
- Yoga for Productivity at Workplace
- Yoga for Positive Health

- Yoga for Heart Disease

Participants must follow these specifications while creating their e-poster:
- ๐ Format: PPTX (PowerPoint single slide)
- ๐ Orientation: Portrait mode
- ๐ Size: 36” x 48” (Width x Height)
- ๐ค Font Size: 24–36 pt
- ๐ท️ Title: Must clearly reflect the chosen theme
๐จ Design Requirements
- Use original content only (no copyright violations)
- Include infographics, images, charts, and diagrams
- Ensure all visuals are clear and high resolution
- Maintain a visually engaging and informative layout
๐ Mandatory Declaration
All posters must include the following certification line:
“I (insert name) certify that this E-poster is solely made by me and no one else has any claim to the copyright.”

Entries will be evaluated based on:
