Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has launched a Short Film Contest as part of the Republic Day Celebrations 2021, along with NFDC to create a patriotic mood surrounding this years' Republic Day.
The theme for the entries will be Patriotism.
The prizes are distributed as below-
1. First Prize - INR 1,00,000/-
2. Second Prize - INR 50,000/-
3. Third Prize - INR 25,000/-
Submission of the entries for Short Film Contest will be until 20th January 2021.
1. This contest is open only for Indian Citizens.
2. Submission of the entries for Short Film Contest will commence tentatively from 4thJanuary, 2021 at 10.00am till 20th January 2021 at 5.00p.m.
3. All entries for the Short Film Contest must be submitted to the Creative Corner Section ofwww.MyGov.in. Entries submitted through any other medium / mode will not be entertained nor considered for evaluation.
4. Entries are open only for Short Film with a duration of maximum 3 minutes each.
5. The Short Film can be made in any one of the 22 official Indian languages with transcript (in verbatim) in Hindi /English.
6. The content of the Short Film should be suitable for Universal viewing.
7. The film should be on theme of Patriotism.
8. Entries without either of these components shall not be eligible for the contest.
