Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur 482 004 (M.P.) inviting Ideas on Establishment of Experiential Learning Unit
Concept/Idea
In the final year of the B.Sc. (Ag) and B.Sc. (Horticulture) degree programmes the University Offers a Experiential Learning Programme in the II semester of the Fourth Year. It is a 20 credit course and each student shall pass it. In the course student learn entrepreneurship and they earn while learning. Experiential learning (EL) is a philosophy and methodologies in which educator purposefully engages
with learner in direct experience and focused reflection in order to increase knowledge, develop skills, entrepreneurship and inculcate values.
Each constituent college shall have at least three units for ELP. You are invited to submit the proposal ( title with brief justification) for establishing agriculture/ horticulture based ELP in the constituent colleges. It shall be location specific, comparative & need based technically feasible & economically viable business idea related to agriculture & allied field. It should be in enterprise mode, could potentially bring about agrientrepreneurship concept among students. Based on submitted ideas the constituent colleges will submit the proposal to ICAR for establishing the EL Unit.
Mode: It is an online quiz participants may also submit it offline
Eligibility criteria: Both student & staff of the University.
Registration fee: Nil
Prizes:
First prize: Rs. 2000/- for first rank
Second prize: Rs. 1000/- for second rank
Rest top 04 participants will be rewarded by Rs. 500/- each.
Top 06 participants will be awarded with Merit certificates and all other participants will be provided an e-certificate of participation.
