Shaastra Junior Championship - Shaastra Art Challenge

Shaastra understands the importance of next generation being aware of the progress of mankind in technology. The contest is a fun way of learning it where the participants have to submit an art form on the theme of 'Technology behind the scenes' to get a chance to win amazing goodies.  The competition will have winners across Classes 1-6 and Classes 7-12 separately. 
There are no restrictions in materials or medium of any sort. All mediums (charcoal, acrylic paint, pastels etc) are allowed

TIMELINE

· The Online Art Contest will be launched on 16th

October 2020 (Friday)

· Submissions are open from 16th October 2020 to 24 October 2020

· The winner will be announced on 25 October 2020

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

· Only one entry per participant is allowed.

· The artwork must be mailed to artchallenge@shaastra.org along with the following

details :

o Name

o Class

o School name

o City of residence

· Participants must include a paragraph (less than 100 words) explaining how their

artwork justified the theme- " Tech Behind the Scenes".

· They may also include a title for the same (optional).

· Participants should tag and follow Shaastra (@shaastra_iitm) if they wish to post

the artwork on their instagram handle

AWARDS

Following prizes would be given separately for each category :

· First place : Cash prize of Rs.500 and a medal

· Second, Third and Fourth place : Medals

· Fifth place : T-Shirt
