Nourish is calling in entries aged 6-18 years for Nourish Nutrition Ki Sargam, an online music contest where young music enthusiasts can showcase their musical talent to the one and only Mr. Kailash Kher.
Please make sure you only submit entries based on the decided Nutrition Ki Sargam track.
Any other song choice will be disqualified immediately.

STEPS
- Listen to the track Nourish Nutrion Ki Sargam.
- Next, download the Nourish app on your phone.
- Record a video of the track Nutrion Ki Sargam. You could either sing it in your own voice or play it on an instrument of choice.
- Upload and submit your video on the link shared on the Nourish app.
- 30 participants from each category will be chosen for the Battle Round.
- Battle Round will continue for 18 days where, chosen contestants will have a one on one face off.
- Contestants will be judged on the basis of cumulative votes by the audience. These votes will be added to Kailash Kher's score given for each contestant.
- Based on performance, top 3 contestants from each category will be shortlisted for the Grand Finale.
Grand Finale will be conducted via Facebook Live, with Kailash Kher.
From the 9 contestants, 1 winner from each category respectively shall be chosen by Kailash Kher.
TOP 3 WINNERS WILL GET A CHANCE TO PERFORM
WITH KAILASH KHER IN HIS NEXT VIDEO.
