Indiannica Quiz League (IQL) is a multi-platform, mass-participative, nationwide general knowledge contest for schools. A separate Daily Engagement vertical, that is open to all, will run alongside till the very end of the main contest.
Across its five stages, IQL endeavours to engage students of Class 6-8 in a quizzing experience which is unique and exciting on the digital platform through specially created apps that will run the selection and successive stages of the contest.
The aim of the contest is to certify and celebrate the brightest, brainiest, and the best informed in the country.
Eligibility
OVERALL
All participants of the Daily Engagement Quiz and the IQL Contest on the ILP/IQL-DigiTOK App must be Indians residing in India.
Users must have access to a smartphone and a stable internet connection in order to participate.
Users must download the ILP app and IQL-DigiTOK app to be able to access these quizzes.
Users must accept all General Rules & Regulations of the Contest to participate. Parents/legal guardians will be required to accept the same on behalf of minor contestants.
Users must accept the Terms of Use of the ILP and IQL-DigiTOK apps to participate. Parents/legal guardians will be required to accept the same on behalf of minor contestants.
DAILY ENGAGEMENT QUIZ (APP Quizzes)
Open to all.
There is no age limit to participate.
These quizzes are for individual players.
Students of classes 6-8 from bona fide schools who play the Daily Engagement Quiz will be eligible to register for the IQL Contest. However, it’s not mandatory to play all daily quizzes to participate in the IQL Contest. But should you choose to compete for a Wild Card Entry process to make it into the IQL School Contest, the more games you play, the more will be your chances to get the top scores required to qualify for the Contest.
IQL CONTEST
Students from bona fide schools studying in classes 6-8 in the academic year 2020-21 are welcome to participate in the IQL Contest.
Contestants should be in the 10-14 years age bracket on the day the Daily Engagement Quiz starts.
Contestants must have access to a smartphone and a stable internet connection in order to participate in Stages 1 and 2 of the IQL Contest.
Contestants entering the Zonal Rounds must have access to a laptop/desktop computer equipped with video-conferencing peripherals (camera, speakers/headphones, and microphone), pre-installed Zoom App and account, and a stable internet connection good enough to support video calls via the Zoom App.
The parents/guardians of contestants entering the Zonal Rounds must consent to their wards using the Zoom App for participation in the Zonal, and all subsequent rounds of the IQL Contest, should they qualify.
Zonal Rounds onwards, participation of teams will be subject to School Principals submitting verified documents (as listed in the General Rules and Regulations of the Contest) by email to the organizers on or before December 05, 2020.
