Contest Guidelines:
The contest is valid only in India.

- Participant(s) hereby give express permission to Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited to freely use and distribute in any manner and through any medium the submissions, information and content thereof as entered by them in this Contest.
- By participating in this contest, each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these T&Cs and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the T&Cs.
- Contest period is from 17th March 2021 to 10th April 2021
- Top 50 winners will be chosen over the period of 17th March 2021 to 10th April 2021.
- The gift disbursement will be done post 15th May 2021
- Multiple entries will not be allowed.
- Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited reserves all the rights for the usage of photographs submitted against this contest in any print, digital & promotional media.
- Participants agree and confirm that Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited shall be free to reproduce, distribute and publicly display such submitted materials without limitation or obligation of any kind. Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited is also free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such submissions or materials for any purpose. Participants agree and confirm that such submissions and any content/material included therein does not breach intellectual and/or proprietary rights of any third party.
- Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited does not give guarantee or warranty against the gifts/ Prizes.
- Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited reserves all the rights to change or withdraw the contest at any given point of time without any reason or notice.
- Any claims related to the contest will not be entertained by Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited or any of TBSPL distributors.
- In case of any dispute regarding the contest the decision of Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited Will be deemed as final.
- Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited promotes safety while playing Holi and taking photographs. Please follow all local guideline for safety and prevention of Covid-19.
- TBSPL doesn’t take any responsibility of any health/ safety issues that may arise at participants’ end while playing Holi to click pictures for this contest.
- Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited shall not be liable for any losses, damages, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into this Contest or accepting any part of the prize/ gift. Participants shall keep Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited harmless against any loss, damage, taxes, liabilities suffered by Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited due to a participant’s participation in this contest or accepting any part of the prize/ gift.
- Gifts/ Prizes are non-transferable and Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited reserves the right to modify/withdraw the gift/ prizes, with/without any prior notice.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
- By entering the contest, participants indemnify Tata BlueScope Steel Private Limited and parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any liability, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest.
