Kompete invites students to participate in Anti-Prodigal and showcase efficiency in using waste material from house to create something useful

Individual Participation
Participation from Home
Participation will be considered in 3 age groups – 6-9 years, 10-13 years, 14-17 years. Completed age as on 31st Dec 2020 will be considered
Registrations shall be open for a limited time
Kompete reserves the right to verify authenticity of participant and submissions and expect complete co-operation from the participants and their coordinating guardians
Kompete reserves the right to publish the submissions on social media/print or any other medium for marketing and result announcements
Any inappropriate content demeaning caste, creed, sex, race etc or any other received in any form shall be disqualified without assigning any reason whatsoever
Note: You can participate in multiple competitions of Kompete at the same time

Submission & Evaluation
Participants can choose any one product from the 3 choices given (Wind Chimes, Turtle, Cave)
Participant is expected and free to use any safe waste material from house/building/office etc and create any one product from the above 3 choices
Participant must make the product and then take a working video with explanation of which product it is and take us through the list of waste materials used to make the product
Video can be presented in either English or Hindi language
Video recorded should not exceed 2 minutes excluding the introduction
Video can be taken on mobile phone or regular camera
Video recording should start with participant introducing himself/herself with full name, age category, school name, city and mention “participating in Anti Prodigal Competition by Kompete.in”
The introduction should be followed by the 2 Minutes compilation
Single video submission only will be accepted
Video to be sent either through wetransfer or a google drive link or youtube link to the email provided below
Submission Email should bear the subject ‘Kompete – Anti Prodigal – Full Name of Participant’
Any other means of submission shall not be accepted and entry will be disqualified
Professional Jury shall be appointed in December 2020 and the Jury list shall be shared with all participants
All submissions will be evaluated as per age category by Professional Jury
All submissions will be evaluated based on selection of material, execution of product, aesthetic value etc
Submissions are to be original thought and work of the participant and any undue help or plagiarism will result into disqualification. Due diligence of shortlisted entries will be done by the Jury and participants and their guardians are expected to cooperate fully.
All submissions to be received before the submission deadline
The decision of the judges and organizers will be final and binding on all participants
Result announcement dates will be communicated to all participants at an appropriate time
