General Rules and Regulations-:
The Art Competition is for all 5 categories
The Poetry Writing Competition is for Categories 2, 3 & 4
The topics are as specified for the category and common to both the contests- Art & Poetry Writing. There is no limit to the number of entries per category, for each contest, from a school.
Standardized Paper will be provided for the competition by DPSG DEHRADUN.
Participants may use their own sheet for the Poetry Writing Contest .
In Category 5 participants have the choice to send larger artwork on canvas using any medium of their choice. Canvas will not be provided.
Only ONE individual entry per student.
The work submitted must be original.
All participants are required to complete the Registration details on the reverse side of the Drawing/ Sheet provided.
The Registration details shall be signed by the Parent in categories 1,2,3,4, which shall constitute the consent for participation in the Contest as well as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
Incomplete / Unsigned Registration Forms will not be considered.
Last day for returning the entries : 30th NOV 2020
Artwork specifications:
The Artwork must reflect a distinct thought process..
Any of the following media or techniques may be used:
Paint (watercolor, tempera, poster, acrylic, etc.)
Drawing materials (pencil, charcoal, colored chalk, pastels, oil pastels, coloured pencils, markers, etc.)
Collage materials (cut and glued papers, such as construction paper, tissue paper, wrapping paper, aluminum foil, etc.)
Poetry Writing Specifications:
The poem could be in rhyme or blank verse.
The poem could be either in English or Hindi
There is no specific limit on the number of words or length.
