A National Call for Environmental Awareness
Climate change is no longer a distant threat — it is a pressing reality, affecting millions of lives across the globe. From severe floods and cyclones to forest fires and heatwaves, the signs are clear and growing. In fact, according to UN data, climate-related issues are already contributing to over 150,000 deaths annually worldwide.
In light of this global crisis, the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, under the visionary leadership of our Hon'ble Prime Minister, has taken a bold step forward. In collaboration with Paryavaran Sanrakshan Gatividhi, the Ministry is organizing the National Students Paryavaran Competition (NSPC) 2025.
Objective: Create Environmental Stewards of Tomorrow
The NSPC aims to ignite curiosity, awareness, and responsibility among students — the changemakers of the future. Through this competition, the initiative seeks to:
