As part of the Ayurveda Day 2024 celebrations, the Ministry of AYUSH, in collaboration with MyGov, is thrilled to announce a unique Online Selfie Contest! This contest offers you a chance to celebrate and capture the rich heritage of Ayurveda in an engaging and memorable way. Running from 24th October to 10th November, the contest invites participants to share their experiences with Ayurveda by submitting stunning selfies taken at Ayurveda institutes or during Ayurveda Day celebrations.
How to Participate
All Indian citizens are eligible to take part in this exciting contest! Participants are encouraged to select picturesque locations that highlight the historic and cultural beauty of Ayurveda institutes. These locations should offer more than just a beautiful backdrop—they should represent the profound heritage and struggles that have shaped our traditional medical system.
Contest Guidelines
- Eligibility: Open to all citizens of India.
- Submission Mode: All selfies must be uploaded through the MyGov platform. Entries submitted via other platforms will not be accepted.
- Entry Limitation: Only two geo-tagged selfies per participant are allowed.
- Location: Selfies must depict Ayurveda Day celebrations or Ayurveda institutes.
- Originality: Ensure your selfies are original and not edited or photoshopped. Copied or modified entries will not be considered.
Technical Requirements
- File Submission: Selfies should be uploaded as high-quality visual files to platforms like YouTube, Dropbox, SoundCloud, etc., and the links should be shared on the MyGov portal.
- Image Quality: The photos must be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI) and clear when viewed at 100%.
- File Size: Geo-tagged selfies should not exceed 10 MB. Higher resolution images may be requested later, with original images at least 2 MB in size.
- Format: Submit only color photos in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.

Ensure that your MyGov profile is up to date with your accurate name, address, email, and phone number before submitting your entries.
