Essay writing competition-Amrita for Life



All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi (An Autonomous Organization under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India) is doing a nationwide campaign on promotion and Popularization of Ayurvedic Medicinal Plant “Giloy (Guduchi)- Tinospora Cordifolia” under “Amrita for Life” Project funded by National Medicinal Plant Board (NMPB), New Delhi. In this regard, AIIA is glad to announce an essay competition to explore the creative instinct of Participants and encourage them to express their ideas on the following Theme: -

• Role of Guduchi (Tinspora cordifolia Linn.) in health preservation and treatment of diseases
• स्वास्थ्य संरक्षण और रोगों के उपचार में गुडुची (टीनोस्पोरा कोर्डीफोलिया लिन) की भूमिका

Put on your creative cap and showcase your thoughts and knowledge.

Last date of submission is 15 January 2022

Category
• Category 1- Up to Class 10
• Category 2: Class 11 and 12th
• Category 3: College Students (Undergraduates)
• Category 4: Postgraduate Students

PRIZES:
1. First Prize: Rs 5,000/-
2. Second Prize: Rs 3,000/-
3. Third Prize: Rs 2,000/-

ENTRY CRITERIA
• Essay should be original and written in either Hindi or English language only
• The essays should meet the word limit of 1000 words for Category 1 and 2. For Category 3
and 4, the word limit is 2000 words and should be in a pdf format
