ISERDIndia is planning to conduct various online competitions in order to celebrate the World Environment Day this year as it is the time for restoring our ecosystem. Although the UN Decade ends in 2030, it aims to create a platform for societies globally to put their relationships with nature on a new trajectory for centuries to come. It is envisaged that this trajectory will include, nature being respected across society; ecosystem restoration taking place over hundreds of millions of hectares and generating millions of new livelihoods. Thus, the theme of the contest is, “Ecosystem Restoration”. Guidelines for Essay Writing Contest
The essay writing will be conducted online and will be a timed contest.
There will be 02 essay questions related to the theme, “Ecosystem Restoration”. The time given will be 45 minutes.
The essays should be original and the word limit per essay question will be 300-500 words.
An individual can participate only once in the quiz.
The winners will be selected on the basis of maximum number of correct answers in the minimum time, creativity, ease of expression and the relevance of the essay with the question.
Certificate of participation will be generated to each individual after the completion of the contest on the email mentioned at the time of registration.
Prizes and vouchers worth 10000 INR will be given to the top three individuals.
The registration fee for the contest per individual is 50 INR.

The essay contest will be held on 03 June 2021. Results will be announced on June 05, 2021 at our social media platforms.
The contest will get live at the portal between 07:00- 08:30 PM on 03 June 2021. A user will be given only one chance to attempt the contest.
ISERDIndia reserves the right to cancel the registration of an individual at any time for any misconduct or unfair means.
The individual has to provide the following details at the time of registration; Name, Contact Number, and email.
