The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, through its Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) project, invites participants across the country to join the National Level Cybersecurity Competition 2025. This initiative is a part of the broader Stay Safe Online campaign designed to empower citizens—young and old—to practice safe and secure digital behavior.
Whether you're a student, a professional, a parent, or a teacher, this is your opportunity to express your creativity and spread vital cybersecurity awareness in innovative ways.
About the Initiative
The ISEA Project, implemented by 50 premier academic institutions nationwide, aims to build a safe, trusted, and secure digital ecosystem by developing skilled human resources and promoting awareness across different user groups. The Stay Safe Online program, hosted on www.staysafeonline.in, offers rich multimedia resources and learning pathways tailored to users of all age groups.
As part of its outreach and engagement efforts, C-DAC Hyderabad, in collaboration with MyGov, is organizing a national-level competition to foster cyber hygiene among India's Digital Naagriks.
Competition Theme
Safer Internet Day
Focusing on the theme of creating a safe digital world through awareness and responsible online behavior.
Who Can Participate
The competition is open to all age groups. There is no age limit. Everyone from children and teens to teachers, parents, senior citizens, government employees, NGOs, and MSMEs is encouraged to participate.

These competitions offer a unique chance to combine art, storytelling, media skills, and technical knowledge to raise awareness on cyber hygiene and online safety.
