The Sun has been worshipped as a life-giver to our planet since ancient times. India has a vast solar energy potential. The PM Suryaghar: Muft Bijli Yojana aims to integrate the use of solar energy in our everyday lives through the recently launched Rooftop Solar (RTS) Programme. With an initial target of covering one crore households, the scheme will enable beneficiaries to generate up to 300 units of electricity per month through solar panels. The beneficiaries can also avail subsidy up to ₹78000.
The Ministry of New & Renewable Energy in collaboration with MyGov under the PM SURYA GHAR MUFT BIJLI YOJANA Jingle Contest invites citizens to showcase their creativity and musical prowess by composing jingles on the theme of “Integration of Solar Technology and Sustainable Practices.”
Technical Parameters:
1. Jingle must be crisp and catchy.
2. Please submit the jingle in mp3 format along with the lyrics in PDF format.
3. The total number of lines in the lyrics cannot exceed 6 (approximately 200 words). Exceeding the line or word limit will lead to instant disqualification.
4. Lyrics can only be in English or Hindi.
5. Font type – Times New Roman and Font Size- 12. Not adhering to the prescribed Font style will lead to disqualification.
Gratification:
1. The best entry will receive a cash prize of Rs 15,000.
