Are you a young filmmaker with a passion for storytelling and social justice? Here’s your chance to use your voice—and your lens—for global impact. The 2025 PLURAL+ Youth Video Festival is now open for submissions!
Organized by the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), PLURAL+ invites youth around the world to submit powerful, original videos that explore the themes of migration, diversity, social inclusion, and the prevention of xenophobia.

🎥 Who Can Enter?
Young people of any nationality, aged 25 or under at the time of the video’s production. The festival is split into three age categories:

12 years old and under

13 to 17 years old

18 to 25 years old
Whether you’re a director, writer, actor, camera operator, or editor, your unique perspective matters. Just make sure you played an active role in creating your video.
🎭 What Kind of Video Can I Submit?
Pretty much anything that gets your message across!

Genre: Any (animation, documentary, comedy, music video, drama, etc.)

Length: 1–5 minutes (including titles and credits)

Language: English or subtitled in English

Production Date: Created after 1 January 2022

Format: Digital (MOV preferred, MP4, AVI, QT, MKV, or FLV accepted)
