With a view to enable active use of technology to strengthen emergency response services, especially for safety of women in public places, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has implemented a project titled ‘Emergency Response Support System (ERSS)’. Government of India has notified 112 as a pan-India, single, internationally recognized number for various emergencies such as police, fire, ambulance, etc., with computer-aided dispatch of field resources accessible through calls, SMS, e-mail, panic button and the 112 India mobile app. This emergency service has now been operationalized in all States/UTs.
Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in collaboration with MyGov invites creative ideas in the form of posters, both digital and physical / hand drawn in PDF Format, from our creative mind to join the Nation’s Safety and participate in the Poster Making Competition on the Theme - “One India, One Emergency Number – Dial 112”.
Note :- The competition is open for all.
Technical Parameter:
1. The participants may hand draw/ sketch the poster on A3 or A4 pages for physical entry submission and create digitally designed posters through computer software for digital submission.
2. Posters can be submitted in PDF or JPEG format. The size of the attachment should not exceed 2 MB.
3. It should be ensured that the uploaded poster is clearly visible along with the text and graphics/image.
Rewards:
1. Top 5 winners will be rewarded with a Cash Prize of Rs. 3,000/- each.
2. Selected entries will be featured on the Ministry's social media handles.
