CyberPeace Foundation, through the eRaksha Competition has been spreading awareness amongst
children & young adults on the need to be safe, smart and resilient in the cyberspace. In past two editions
of the Competition in 2019 and 2020, we have reached across to millions of children and youth across
India, encouraging them to use the potential of Internet for their growth and learning, as smart and
responsible digital citizens. We are now proud to present much awaited, eRaksha Competition 2021, in a
unique way, where these young internet users, educators and parents will get an opportunity for their

Tech Avishkar
Use your coding and engineering skills to show us what online safety means to you. Your creation can be an implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things among others. .

You may choose any theme related to the same, such as privacy issues, safety, trolling, security tips, online fraud or even bullying. If you choose to put dialogues or any text in the video, please make sure that it is either in Hindi or English.

Cyber Peace Honours
The Cyber Peace Honors is an award conferred on individuals who have consistently worked on online safety and cyber security to facilitate a peaceful, resilient and inclusive cyberspace for all.
You can be an individual, a group of individuals or even an institution.

This scheme will ensure creating a pool of authors in Indian Languages as well as English who are ready to express themselves and project India on any international platform, as well as it will help in projecting Indian culture and literature globally. The 75 young authors so mentored shall become proficient in writing in various genres like fiction, non-fiction, travelogues, memoirs, drama, poetry and so on.

Short Film Making Contest on World No Tobacco Day



The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India on the occasion of World No Tobacco Day, 2021 is organizing the development of a short film/Anti-Tobacco Spot competition. The duration of the short film should not be less than 30 seconds and should not be more than 60 seconds. It may include testimonials also.

The competition will be open to all citizens/Indian Nationals above the age of 18 years (born on 31st May, 2003 or before) except to the employees of MoHFW and their relatives.

Participation and Award Details
The short film/Anti-Tobacco Spot should be of 30 seconds to 60 seconds. The short film may focus on;
 Increase awareness on harmful effects of tobacco use;
 Tobacco’s harms have been proven to motivate tobacco users to quit;
 Change social norms and reduce the number of tobacco users, including youth.
 Films may also encourage support for and adherence to effective tobacco control policy.

Cash prizes are as under:
Ist Prize: Rs. 2,00,000/-
IInd prize: Rs. 1,50,000/-
IIIrd prize: Rs. 1,00,000/-
Consolation prizes (10): Rs. 1,00,000/- (10 x Rs. 10,000/- each)

Certificate of Participation will be given to the genuine entries and which follows the terms and conditions given for the competition. Meme Contest on Valuing our Renewable and Natural Resources

On the occasion of World Environment Day- 5th June 2021, Central Pollution Control Board (MOEF&CC) in collaboration with MyGov is organizing and hosting an online ‘Meme Competition’.


The theme of the competition - “Valuing our Renewable and Natural Resources”

The participants can upload their memes based on the following sub-themes:
• Using our natural resources in a sustainable manner
• Use of renewable energy, energy-efficient techniques and methods, etc.

a. The meme should be in Hindi or English language based on the designated sub-themes and then uploaded.
b. Participants should upload the meme in JPEG / PNG / SVG format only
c. Participants should not imprint or watermark meme design.
d. The optimal size of the meme should be 1080 pixels wide by 566 pixels to 1350 pixels high.
e. The meme should be usable on the website/social media such as Twitter/Facebook and on printed material such as b/w press releases, stationery
and signage.
f. The selected top entries will be awarded Cash Prizes and will be featured on the website and social media platforms of CPCB.

INTERNATIONAL ART COMPETITION "BOTANICALS"


Contemporary Art Room Gallery is proud to announce their 3rd “Botanicals” Online Art Competition for the month of July 2021. This is an international competition and artists from around the world are welcome to submit their work. The Botanicals theme may include any work with interpretation of botanical and floral art (flowers, herbs, fruit, leaves, plants and related floral subcjects). All visual art mediums are acceptable (painting, photography, drawing, sculpture, digital, prints, fiber art, collage or installation art) except sound and video art. Fee is $15 for 2 images of artwork. The deadline to apply to this art competition is June 24, 2021.

Position
The 2021 Dual Competitions on the UN SDGs are a fully guided process. Eligible youth from around the globe are welcome to apply. The Competition Organizing Committee is committed to providing contestants with all necessary training and support throughout the 4-month competition period. There are no fees associated with the competitions or related training. The competition is free for all. The Competition Organizing Committee may consider offering support to candidates in the areas with limited computer or internet access.

Pan India Online Essay Contest titled ‘YEAR 2 AC (After Coronavirus): A Future Imagined by Youth’

The coronavirus is over one year old. We have seen it change its form, being far more infectious and has acquired greater transferability especially amongst the youth, unlike the first wave. The onset of the virus has unleashed a major disruption in learning and working leading to uncertainty in many ways.

In order to make youth voices heard, UNESCO and Takhte jointly invite young writers to address through words important questions for humanity in our current context, and particularly, going forward. .

As a platform for critical thinking and writing, Takhte and UNESCO are launching the third edition of the contest as ‘Year 2 AC (After Coronavirus: A Future Imagined by Youth - Pan India Online Essay Contest 2021’ for children (aged 11–14 years) and youth (aged 15–24 years), to reflect on our current challenges, and how to build resilience and a better future for all..

For this years’ edition, the contest will be launched and remain open for two months. Entries will be received on a rolling basis, and UNESCO and Takhte will select each week the two (2) best essays, one from the different categories to be published weekly on their websites and social media. Later on, the 100 winning essays will be published as a book.

Be With Yoga, Be At Home: MyGov.in Video Campaign Contest

The world is gearing up to observe the 7th International Day of Yoga (IDY2021) on 21st June 2021, amidst a global pandemic that has forced everyone to stay indoors. The world is gearing up to observe the 7th International Day of Yoga (IDY2021) on 21st June 2021, amidst a global pandemic that has forced everyone to stay indoors. To bring the people together globally while inside their homes, and spread the message of traditional Yoga far and wide, for the betterment of both physical and mental health, the Ministry of Ayush is launching the “Be With Yoga, Be At Home” video campaign.


Through the “Be With Yoga, Be At Home” video campaign, the Ministry of Ayush seeks to raise awareness about traditional Yoga, and inspire people to prepare for and become active participants in the observation of IDY 2021. The campaign will support participation via MyGov and various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in India. The campaign will include posting a video of up to 1-minute of participant practicing one Yogasana, with or without a small write-up from the participant.

The last date for the contest is 30th June 2021.

Entry Guidelines
1. Participants can simply enter by uploading a video of upto 1 minute, on any one of the following platforms –
a. Facebook
b. Twitter
c. Instagram
2. Participants need to use the campaign hashtags
(#BeWithYogaBeAtHome,#IDY2021,#MinistryofAyush) to participate, and tag the
official Ministry of Ayush account on the platform they choose to upload their video on
(For example: if you upload the video on Facebook, then tag the official Ministry of
Ayush account while uploading the video). The video uploaded should be publicly
accessible.
3. Subsequently, the participants can copy the upload link and register on the MyGov event
page, to get a participation certificate.
4. Each entry must focus on the theme “Be With Yoga, Be At Home”.
5. Please refer to all the terms and conditions before submitting the entry.
II. Eligibility Criteria
1. The campaign is open to the public at large in India.
2. Participants below 18 years of age may get the login ID created by the parents and also obtain the consent of their parents, to participate in this category.

Recognizing the universal appeal of Yoga, owing to its demonstrated benefits towards immunity building and stress relief, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) proclaimed 21st June as the International Day of Yoga (IDY) on 11th December 2014. Since 2015, this day has been observed all over the world in ever growing numbers, with the objective of reminding the people across the globe about the benefits of Yoga, and to build enduring public interest in Yoga by highlighting its importance and contributions to public health.

The preparations for the 7th International Day of Yoga (IDY 2021) have already begun and the Ministry of AYUSH (MoA) is looking forward to an active participation from the people.

With this backdrop, MoA has launched a quiz competition to commemorate the occasion of the 7th IDY, and test citizen’s awareness about Yoga, past IDY observances, and various initiatives being conducted this year by the Ministry.

On successful completion each participant will be awarded with an e-certificate marking their participation and completion.

Terms and Conditions
The quiz is being organised by the Ministry of AYUSH (MoA), Government of India in collaboration with the MyGov platform. 
Access to the quiz will only be through the MyGov platform and no other channel. The following terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgements of the Indian judicial system. 
Entry to quiz will be open from 1st May 2021 till 21st June Participants will be required to answer 10 questions within a span of 450 seconds.
 The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Start Quiz’ button. Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn. Questions contained within the quiz will be based on publicly available information on past International Day of Yoga celebrations.

 Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required by the entry form. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to the MyGov platform and MoA to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz competition, which may include confirmation of participant details, announcement of winners, and disbursement of awards.
