Design a Mascot for Y Break App

Ministry of Ayush (MoA) and MyGov invite citizens to participate in a mascot design competition for the Y-Break App. The mascot will be used as a medium of representation on the platform and any outreach (online/printed) material.

Y-Break App was launched on 1st September 2020 by the Ministry of Ayush (MoA), Government of India, in association with MDNIY, developed Y-Break “Yoga break at the workplace” protocol to de-stress, refresh and re-focus the workers at the workplace by practicing selected Yoga practices of 5-6 minutes time frame to accrue the benefits as projected from Yoga practice for a longer duration. The protocol was developed by a group of eminent Yoga experts. The protocol was launched on a trial basis in January 2020 and was found to be effective based on an analysis of feedback from participants.

Y-Break “Yoga break at the workplace” – A Yoga protocol consists of a few stretching and Yoga practices to de-stress, refresh and re-focus on work to increase the productivity of individuals at the workplace.
