Tea Board India presents „The India Tea Song Competition‟ with „India and Tea‟ as the main theme where we invite participants to compose catchy song/jingle/poem/ stanzas/verse etc. on the theme „India and Tea‟. In order to participate, users are requested to write the lyrics of the jingle/ song/ poem/stanzas/ verse etc, compose the music, recite/sing/rap it in person and post the videos of the jingle/song/poem/stanzas/verse etc along with a descriptive text on their own Twitter handle, the Twitter handle of Tea Board India and tag Tea Board India as well as 10 of your Twitter followers.

Tag at least 10 of your followers on Twitter.
It would be mandatory for the participants to „follow‟ the Twitter handle of Tea Board
India to be eligible for this contest and also will be required to tag at least 10 of his/her
Twitter followers.
Post the video on your Twitter timeline as well as Tea Board India‟s Twitter handle and
tag @TeaBoardIndia, use #IndiaTeaSong #InternationalTeaDay #TeaDay #IndiaTea
#IndiaTeaAndMe #IndianTeaLove.
Give us a caption on your video. Make sure that the
Privacy Setting for the post is “Public”.
The song/jingle/poem/stanza/verse may be composed in Hindi or English. Please
take care to ensure that NO obscene/objectionable lyrics, pictures, actions or gestures
are used in the song/jingle/poem/stanzas/verse etc. and the video. Also, it should not
have any religious or political connotations.
The singer/rapper/reciter should be decently
attired while shooting the video. Any entry flouting the above-mentioned norms will be
disqualified.
The contest will be on till 31
st May, 2022.

There is no age limit or participation fees for taking part in the contest.
However, the
contestants must follow Tea Board India‟s Twitter handle and tag at least 10 Twitter
followers.
A particular contestant may send in a maximum of 5 (five) entries only.
Prizes
Three best entries will win cash prizes from Tea Board India: First Prize - Rs.
25,000/-, Second Prize - Rs. 20,000/-, Third Prize - Rs. 15,000/- and the money will be
sent through bank transfer. The winners will have to provide their bank account
details/IFSC code for transfer of the prize money through NEFT/RTGS/PFMS.
