1st INTERNATIONAL “ZERO WASTE TOPIC” POSTER DESIGN COMPETITION AND EXHIBITION PROJECT

"ZERO WASTE" Themed Poster Design Competition
Kutahya Dumlupınar University Faculty of Fine Arts Visual Communication Design Department and
Adnan Kahveci Foundation, Turkey organizing a poster competition in the international media a “Zero Waste” themed competition on environment, which is one of the important problems of the world.


SCOPE OF THE COMPETITION EXHIBITION

Exhibition, It will consist of the first 100 poster designs selected by the jury within the scope of the competition and in accordance with the purpose of the competition. The Organizing Committee is authorized to raise this number up or down, if it deems necessary.

ELIGIBILITY
Competition is open to everyone, amateur around the world except Turkey


COMPETITION AND EXHIBITION PROGRAM

Submission of poster designs to the competition ends on 1 May 2020. ‘’The 1st International Zero Waste Poster Competition” will be announced later by the Organizing Committee. The projected exhibition date is June 5, 2020 to mark the World Environment Day.

PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT EXHIBITION

The top three award winners, to participate in the award ceremony, transportation, transfer, accommodation and food expenses are at the discretion and responsibility of the Adnan Kahveci Foundation.

AWARDS OF THE COMPETITION

Documents will be given by “Adnan Kahveci Foundation” with 1st prize of the competition, 1 second and 1 third award.; responsibility belongs to Adnan Kahveci Foundation. Distribution of Awards:

1. 1st prize 10,000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (First Prize)

2. 2nd prize 5.000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (Second prize)

3. 3rd prize 3.000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (Third Prize)

4. 4th prize 1.000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (Jury special prize)

5. 5th prize 1.000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (Jury special prize)

6. 6th prize 1.000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (Jury special prize)

7. 7th prize Organizing Committee Award and Certificate of Achievement

8. 8th prize Organizing Committee Award and Certificate of Achievement

9. 9th prize Organizing Committee Award and Certificate of Achievement

10. 10th prize Organizing Committee Award and Certificate of Achievement

Award winners, The award will be announced at the award ceremony to be held at the place and date to be decided by the Organizing Committee, and the amount of the award will be deposited into the account of the award winners within 30 days following the award ceremony.

GUIDELINES
The dimensions of the design should be 70X100 cm. Designs with inappropriate dimensions will be considered eliminated.
Originals of designs, In CMYK mode, fonts will be converted and saved without compressing at least 300 dpi resolution.
There should not be any logo, institution name or sign on the designs.
The language of the messages to be used on the designs participating in the contest may be Turkish and one of the local languages of the participants. However, if one of the local languages is used, it must be in English. Otherwise, such designs will be excluded.
