The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is for the first time conducting An Online Quiz on Current Affairs & General Knowledge for students for class 11th and 12th and for those undergoing graduation in any stream as per details given below :
The Quiz will be conducted in three Rounds, through an Online Mode in MCQ Pattern between 10.00 am – 5.00 pm on the following dates:
Preliminary Round : 16th November 2019
Semi-Final Round : 23rd November, 2019
Final Round : 30th November, 2019
There will be competition for two separate categories of Students based on their qualification as under
Category 1 - Students pursuing 11th and 12th Class of any stream are eligible
Category 2 - Students pursuing Bachelor’s Degree of any stream (1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th year graduation) are eligible
Maximum Age Limit is 25 years.
Existing Students of CS Course are not eligible to participate in the competition
Employees of ICSI and their wards and spouse are not eligible to participate in the competition
Online Registration for the quiz have begun from Tuesday the 15th of October, 2019 and would remain active until 5.00 pm on Thursday 31st October, 2019.
There is a participation fee – Rs. 100/- per student, to be paid by the student at the time of registration through online process.
Registered students would be sent the user name and password on their registered Email Address by 12th November 2019.
Cash Awards to the Winners (Final Round of the Competition only) would be as follows :
1st Prize Rs.50000/-
2nd Prize Rs.25000/-
3rd Prize Rs.10000/-
Special Appreciation Award Rs.5000/- One Topper of each State and
Union Territory of India
Consolation Prizes Rs.1000/- To 4th to 15th Rank Holders
on pan-India basis
