BEE School, State and National Level Painting Competition for School Children 2019

The Ministry of Power, Government of India, invites children to paint a world of imagination and discover the magic of clean, green and energy efficient future; a future, which they will inherit. In this process, the children will not only learn a few l good things but will also teach us a few new things.

To sensitize the school children towards Energy Efficiency and Energy Conservation in domestic sector, the Ministry of Power (MoP), Government of India (GoI) undertakes pan India National Awareness Campaign by organizing Painting Competition for 4th, 5th and 6th Standards under Group ‘A’ and for 7th, 8th and 9th standards under Group ‘B’.

Methodology of Painting Competition - 2019 
School Level Painting Competition
School Principals are requested to visit www.bee-studentsaward.in and register your school to create your ID and password. 
Schedule a date and organize painting competition of the 2 hours duration for 4 th, 5th & 6th standard students under Group ‘A’ and for 7 th, 8th & 9th standard students under Group ‘B’. 
Students must use A4 size sheet and painting material such as pencil, colour pencils, crayons & water colours. Students can select any one of the above mentioned themes marked for their Group for painting. 
School principals will select 2 best paintings from each Group ‘A & ‘B’ and scan them in jpg/jpeg (Max size 2MB) to upload. 
Visit again www.bee-studentsaward.in and sign in with your ID and password to Upload two best scanned paintings and a list of participants of School Level Competition in the excel format of each Group. 
In case of no internet connectivity, Principal may send two best paintings from each Group to the Nodal Officer of your State/UT so as to reach him by 25 th October, 2019 positively.
Schools who would upload list of participants in predefined excel format will be issued certificate of participation. 

State Level Painting Competition 
50 (plus 5 reserves) best paintings each for Categories ‘A’ & ‘B’ will be selected by a Committee of Experts/Jury. 
Selected students from categories ‘A’ & ‘B’ will be called for two hours on-the spot Painting Competition to be held on 14th November, 2019. 
 Each participating student from Categories ‘A’ & ‘B’ will be paid 2000/- in cash and a participation certificate. 
To & fro Sleeper class / AC Chair Car / 3rd AC rail-fare or State Roadways bus fare for the participating student and two guardians for Group ‘A’ but only one guardian for Group ‘B’ will be reimbursed. 

National Level Painting Competition 
1 st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners of State Level Painting Competition of the Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ from each State/UT will be invited to Delhi to participate in “National Level Painting Competition” to be held on 12th December, 2019. 
Boarding & Lodging, to & fro sleeper class / AC Chair Car / 3rd AC rail-fare or State Roadways bus fare by the shortest route for 108 participants and two guardians of Group ‘A’ and 108 participants of Group ‘B’ along with one guardian will be reimbursed. In addition, each participating student will be paid a sum of 2000/- as incidentals and given a participation certificate. 
National Level winners of both Groups ‘A’ & ‘B’ will be awarded cash prizes by the Chief Guest on the “National Energy Conservation Day Function” to be held in Delhi on 14th December, 2019. 

Prizes
Cash prizes worth ₹ 1,75,000 per State/UT per Category (₹ 63.00 lakhs for 36 States/UTs per Category or ₹ 126.00 lakhs for both Categories) will be distributed to State level winners on day of the Competition on 14th November, 2019. For winners of both the categories of National Competition, cash prizes worth ₹ 10.20 lakhs 6 laptops will be awarded on 14th December, 2019. Therefore, in total ₹ 136.20 lakhs and 6 Laptops as prize money will be distributed in the painting competition scheme

  1. Hi,I am a student of South Point School. I want to submit my drawing hear.My school already submitted all drawing but I couldn't for some of reasons. Today is last day ,how can I submit my drawing. Please tell me about your address or submission process
