Looking for films made by young people that inspire their friends and others to create positive changes in online spaces! If they’ve got something original to say about creating a better and safer internet, then we’d love to know about it! Remember films should be both entertaining and educational.
Eligibility
The Primary Category is for young people aged 7–11 and the Secondary Category is for young people aged 11–18.
2024 theme: How would you make the internet a better place?
Last date for ALL film entries, 5pm on the 22 April 2024
Finalists will be invited to our awards ceremony in Central London and in the past have met some of our prestigious judges from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), BBC and Disney!
Childnet Film Competition: International was started in 2021, to provide a platform for young filmmakers aged 7-18 from all over the world to tell their story and to become part of important conversations around online safety.
