सफरनामा : Quiz on the Prime Minister Narendra Modi

श्री नरेंद्र मोदी भारत के प्रधान मंत्री (26 मई 2014 – वर्तमान) और गुजरात के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री (7 अक्टूबर 2001 – 22 मई 2014) के रूप में जनकल्याण और सुराज के 20 साल पूरे करने जा रहे हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री जी भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में तेजी से काम कर रहे हैं। उनके दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व में सरकार ने इन उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करने और एक नए भारत के सपने को साकार करने के लिए कई प्रभावी योजनाएं बनाई हैं।

राष्ट्र निर्माण में उनके अमूल्य और उत्कृष्ट योगदान को देखते हुए, 17 सितंबर से 7 अक्टूबर तक की अवधि को ‘सेवा और समर्पण, सुशासन के 20 वर्ष’ के रूप में मनाया जा रहा है।

इस अवसर पर MyGov Madhya Pradesh ने आपके लिए माननीय प्रधानंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के जीवन और उनके द्वारा देश के विकास के लिए चलाई जा रही विविध योजनाओं पर आधारित प्रश्नोत्तरी (Quiz) ‘सफरनामा’ शुरू की है। यह प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रधानमंत्री जी के विकास के प्रति दृष्टिकोण के साथ ही उनके जीवन से जुड़े विविध पहलुओं , उपलब्धियों और कार्यक्रमों के बारे में आपके ज्ञान का परीक्षण करेगी। इसमें भाग लें और सहभागिता प्रमाणपत्र पाएं।

Terms and Conditions

1. The quiz is being organized by the Department of public relations, Government of Madhya Pradesh in collaboration with the MP-MyGov platform. Access to the quiz will only be through the MP-MyGov platform and no other channel.

2. Participants will be required to answer 5 questions within a span of 120 seconds.

3. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Start Quiz’ button.

4. Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn.

5. Questions contained within the quiz will be based on publicly available information.

6. Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required by the entry form. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to the MP-MyGov platform and Department of public relations, Madhya Pradesh to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz competition, which may include confirmation of participant details, the announcement of winners, and disbursement of awards.

7. Participants can only enter the quiz competition once. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted and considered.

8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered.
