MicrobioLogical Contest and MicrobiOlympiad is conducted every year since 2001 in remembrance of two geniuses of Microbiology – Louis Pasteur & Robert Koch owing to their tremendous contribution in the field of Microbiology and Biotechnology.
Eligibility
Any regular student of FYBSc, SYBSc and TYBSc with Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Zoology / Botany / Life Science as one of his/her principle or subsidiary subject is eligible for this contest.

This is an online quiz competition.
Registration and fees payment should be done online only. Links are available at the bottom of this page.
Fees is non-refundable.
In the online quiz, there will be 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
There is no negative marking for wrong answers but it will be considered for tie-breaking.
Syllabus for the contest is displayed on this page. Syllabus is separate for first year, second year and third year Students.
There will be separate online exam for first, second and third/final year students.
You must have these things to take online quiz of MicrbiOlympiad
An internet-enabled mobile or smartphone.
An email of Gmail. For example abc@gmail.com. Make sure that you know the password of your Gmail email.
Install Google Chrome if it is not in the mobile.
