After 13 years of conducting this contest offline, Toyota Kirloskar Motor invites children from all the over the country to envision a better future for us through art. Children are encouraged to put forward their innovative ideas in ‘car’ form so that they can start the process of delivering actionable change alongside us. Also, participants will get a certificate from Toyota. Winners of the contest will get gift vouchers and certificates will also stand a chance to get a sizeable educational grant as a stepping stone to convert their dreams to reality. Interested participants will be able to submit their entries on the site from 13th December 2020 onwards.
Who can participate?
The contest is open up to 3 different age categories:
Category 1: Under 8
years old (7 or under)
Category 2: 8-11
years old
Category 3: 12-15
years old
Sustainability at its core.
The theme for this year s Toyota Dream Car Art is sustainability, as the world is at an inflection point where solutions for greater positive environmental impact are the need of the hour. We compel our contestants to envision a future that is both sustainable in its thinking and approach through their drawings, with a Toyota car being the vehicle for change.
Terms and Conditions
All contestant need to save a hard copy of the drawings that are being submitted for the contest. The same will need to be provided for further verification as and when asked by TKM as a part of the judging process.
Contestant should be an Indian resident
Duplication of entries will result in disqualification
TKM reserves the right to withdraw the contest at any given time due to unforeseen circumstances
Entry once submitted cannot be withdrawn and replaced with a new one
Winner Shortlist will be based on criteria set by TKM
Winner shortlist and selection decision solely vests with the jury panel
Contestant are required to make a video recording of their participation. The same will need to be provided for further verification when asked by TKM as a part of the judging process .
Drawings to be done manually (Using Sketch Pens/ Colour Pencils / Paints or Crayons) . Digital drawings will not be accepted.
Drawings that will not be accepted, in case :
Artwork which may cause damage to others reputation
Counterfeit artwork that violates copyright/s
Resembles past Dream Car Contest Entries
Resembles a famous painting
Includes trademarked characters , such as Disney, Ghibil etc.
If there are claims from actual copyright holders, contestant will be held liable.
Contestant gives consent for TKM to use the artwork in any promotional materials and shall not raise objections whatsoever on TKM’s use.
TKM may use images of the winner in promotional material to further market the contest/ activity at any given time.
