The Year 2020 has emerged with Golden opportunities for Education Institutions of India to optimize their Ranking and Esteem Status in the field of Education specially in Art and Craft faculty.

This Contest is schedule in Phases as per States and Open for both Schools and Individual Registration from JANUARY 2020 with Phase 1 for First Round Entries from Major Cities of India. The First Round is always long and it will continue till SEPTEMBER 2020 or more. Best Entries will be Selected for Semi Final Round in Diwali Vacations & then Finalist for National in DECEMBER 2020.

ENTRY FEE – INR 500/- Each (one time)


BHARAT KI SHAAN REWARD
On time Registration & Submissions will Earn “Bharat Ki Shaan” Certification Award for Participants and Achieve 2 Ranking points for Schools / Institutions.

FOUR GROUPS – A, B, C & D
GROUP A – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Class      GROUP B – 4th, 5th & 6th Class
GROUP C – 7th, 8th & 9th Class      GROUP D – 10th, 11th & 12th Class

TOTAL 3 ROUNDS 
FIRST ROUND – Fresh Entries City level
Entries for First Round for Phase – 1 starts from January 2020 and Best Entries will be Selected for Semi Final Round in Diwali Vacation. On time Registration & Submissions will Earn “Bharat Ki Shaan” Certification Award. Best and Unique Artworks Wins Digital Certificate of Excellence, Runner Ups will get Digital Certificate of Merit and Appreciation & goes in Semi Final (Second Round). Rest students will get Digital Participation Certificate.
SECOND ROUND – State Level Semi Final Round
Best Artwork Wins the State level Digital Certificate of Excellence & goes in Finals to Compete National Level (Third Round).
THIRD ROUND – National Level Final Round in DECEMBER 2020. 1st, 2nd & 3rd Prize National Winners from all Groups will receive National Award – Hard Copy of Certificate & Medal will be send through courier, Cash Prizes will be Transfer to their Parent’s Account.
NATIONAL PRIZE – WIN CASH PRIZES, CERTIFICATES OF EXCELLENCE & MEDALS in each Group
1ST PRIZE (each Class) – INR 25,000/- + Gold Medal + Certificate
2ND PRIZE (each Class) – INR 15,000/- + Silver Medal + Certificate
3RD PRIZE (each Class) – INR 5,000/- + Bronze Medal + Certificate
5 CONSOLATION PRIZE– INR 1,000/- + Certificate of Merits PARTICIPATION REWARDS
STUDENT – Digital Certificate of Participation
ART TEACHER – Digital Certificate of Honour

CRITERIA FOR SCHOOL ENROLMENT
It is Mandatory for the invitees Schools / Institutions and Individual Student’s to participate in the “Challenge of Cities 2020” – National Online Drawing Competition organized by Color Art Fest – Globebook, as the Invitations are only rendered as per the list provided by the Ministry of Human Resource and development – Government of India.
Following are the criterion for Enrolment of Invitee Institutions in this National Art Contest.
Institutes / Art Teachers can pick their best students for the Contest & shall conduct the Contest in the School on given Theme within the prescribed dates given for the particular institution.
Minimum 1 Student from 1 Group is Compulsory, more than required Participation are welcome.
Institutions required to Pay Entry Fee of INR 500/- per Student while Registration for enrolment in the Contest. (Entry Fee can be paid by Institutions or By Parents of the Participating Students individually, as per mutual understanding .
Bharat Ki Shaan Award – On time Registration & Submissions will Earn “Bharat Ki Shaan” Certification Award for Participants and Achieve 2 Ranking points for Schools / Institutions.

All Teachers working as Art Faculties – Full time or Part time shall also Submit One Artwork each in the said Contest as Honorary Participants along with Declaration form according to the norms given in the following columns. Entry for Teachers are Free.
