Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020 seeks to not only take away the stress of our young students, who will be appearing for board examinations and other entrance examinations but will also give them an opportunity to meet Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and ask him questions that they always wanted to. For this, an online contest was organised on MyGov Innovate platform from 2nd December 2019 to 23rd Dec 2019 in which more than 3 Lakh students of classes 9th - 12th participated. Missed out on submitting your entry for PPC 2020? MyGov gives you a golden opportunity to meet and interact with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at the PPC 2020 Live Event in New Delhi.
Submit an anecdote on the theme ‘How to deal with examination stress’ through an Essay, Short film, Poster or Jingle (any 1). 50 students of Classes 9th -12th stand a chance to attend Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020 Live Event in New Delhi.
The contest is open for all however students of only classes 9th – 12th are eligible for being shortlisted for the event.
NOTE: Students of class 9th - 12th must use hashtag (#) with your class name (Example: #Class9, #Class10, #Class11, #Class12)
Last date of submission is 14th January 2020.
Essay writing
1. The write-up of the essay should not exceed 200 words.
2. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. Government of India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
3. Please note that the essay must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
4. The essay must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
Short Film making
1. Entries open only for Short Film with duration of maximum 60 seconds.
2. The Short Film can be made in any one of 22 official Indian languages with transcript
3. (in verbatim) in Hindi /English.
4. The content of the Short Film should be suitable for universal viewing.
5. Participant is to make sure that his/her profile is accurate and updated since MyGov
will be using this for further communication. This includes details such as name,
photo, Students ID and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles will not be
considered.
6. The participant must be the same person who has conceptualized and shot the Short
Film and plagiarism will not be accepted. Strict penal action will be taken against any
violation of this clause not limited to disqualification from the competition.

8. Please note that the Short Film must be original and should not violate any provision
of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

content since the short film is intended for viewing by all age groups.
10. MyGov reserves the right to reject any entry without giving any reason
Poster Making
1. The winning posters would be the intellectual property of the MyGov India and the
winners cannot exercise any right over it. The winning posters are meant to be used
by the MyGov India for promotional and display purposes, IEC (Information,
Education and Communication) materials and also for any other as may be deemed
appropriate for the initiative.
2. The winners will be required to carry their posters in person ensuring safe delivery to
MyGov at their own responsibility.
3. The Poster may be in A2 or A3 size on any type of Art paper of the choice of the
participants.
4. The participants will be at liberty to use any type of safe colour material like acrylic,
pastel, water etc or a clever mix of all in the painting.
5. The entry has to be submitted online in JPEG, PDF format.
6. The poster should be in the language of choice of the participant.
7. Each individual can submit only one design.
8. The Posters may be drawn for the purpose of the initial screening and short listing the
entries would be received in a pdf format onto www.mygov.in (size: less than 4 mb)
9. The Poster design should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act.
10. In case of use of quotation its source should be properly verified and authenticated
and mentioned in the communication
11. The entire Poster design should be able to stand the scrutiny of Court of Law, in case
of any dispute.
12. The Poster should be self certified by each entrant that it is original and there is no
plagiarized element in it.
13. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
14. Please note that the entries made in all or any of the three competition categories must

Jingle Making
1. The Jingle should be of 60 seconds duration. The jingle shall be in simple lucid
language in either English or Hindi. The participants should then upload their entry as
a high-quality audio file on any media platform such as YouTube, Soundcloud,
Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. and enter the publicly accessible link for the entry using
the Audio Link icon on the MyGov contest page.
