The theme of the competition is "Gandhian Heritage inModern India"
Each participant can send only one entry on standard photographic paper of A4 size alongwith he soft copy of his/her entry in a CD. The photo should be clicked by the participant himself/herself and it should not have been previously published in any print or digital media.
Who can participate?
Any citizen of India of any age can participate.
Guidelines
The entry submitted should be such as can be depicted on the stamp in a visually appealing manner so as to be of interest to philatelic collectors
The following particulars are mandatory and must be written on the reverse side of the entries
Name, Age, Gender, Nationality, Full and complete residential address with PIN code, Phone/Mobile Number, E-mail ID (if available), Date and details of the image depicted in the photo, Equipment details through which photo clicked viz. camera model
An undertaking that "The photograph submitted is original and no copyright issues are involved" with this "sole entry" should be sent along with the entry.

Second Prize: INR 25, 000
Third Prize: INR 10, 000
Five consolation prizes: INR 5, 000 each
Last Date: 30.06.2019
Result will be announced on 15.08.2019 at www.indiapost.gov.in and postagestamps.gov.in
