The quiz shall open on June 25, 2019 at 12:00 hrs (1ST) and will close at 20:00 hrs (IST) on August 15,2019.
Entries received outside of these time/dates will not be valid.
Entry into the Gandhi Quiz is open to all entrants who are resident of India or are of Indian origin.
You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address.
By submitting your contact details you will give consent to these details being used for the purposes Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn.
One entrant can participate only once.
Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be discarded.
Every week one winner will be declared.Prizes for participants:
Overall first winner of first position :
Rs 21000.00 and Gandhi Literature
The individual coming second will get Rs 15000.00 and Gandhi Literature
The individual coming third will get Rs 11000.00 and Gandhi Literature.
Also winners will be declared every week. T
he weekly winners will be given Gandhi Literature. (only those who get the first position every week.)As a special incentive to the overall winners and the weekly winners, the Samiti can take these individuals to four important places related to Mahatma Gandhi; they will be taken in Train in AC-3 tier only.
Any person of Indian origin from abroad winning the Quiz will have to bear her/his to and fro travel from country of stay to New Delhi and back.
The winners will be decided within the period of every Tuesday to Monday and subsequently weekly winners of the Quiz will be announced by every Wednesday.
Each of the winners will be notified through telephone and or the email address that they provided along with their submission, within seven days of the result announcement.If a winner is not contactable within three working days from the result announcement, he or she will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the above process until a winner is selected and can be contacted.
